Less functionality than the Fitbit One

I was very disappointed with this product. It does not track your stair climbing at all. You can only see approximately what Percent you are of your daily goal - not exactly how many steps. I'm not really sure why anyone would want this product. I ended up trading it back in for another Fitbit One and I am very happy that I did. I will never recommend this to anyone. But I will recommend the One.

How do you send out that much inventory and not expect traffic on Christmas. The calorie counts were way off. My husband just did a sleep center test and the FitBit sleep information was completely wrong. It was not accurate on movement. We had the Flex and maybe the other products are better but our experience was less than satisfying. We are returning them all and getting an old fashioned pedometer.

He reports that he has been unable to fully use the wristband because he cannot register the product online to activate the features. He has had the Fitbit for over a month and still cannot access the features.
