No phone support just have to wait for an email response. They usually reply in about an hour. Looks like they may replace. Recommend you purchase extended warranty. I didn't but possibly should have

Already called Fitbit for a replacement

Fit bit band fragile

Bought extended warranty and used it in the first 2 months to get a replacement. The replacement would not hold a charge. Not going to get another and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
