It keeps me on track with my sleep and my steps. It's easy to sync and see my results for the day and week. I like being about to add my own exercises, such as a stationary bike and it gives me that green smiley face!

I purchased this Fitbit during the summer, after about 2 months it stopped syncing so I took it back to BestBuy, since I had the insurance. They replaced it and within 2 weeks the band was not secure enough and I lost it in a Walmart Store in Pittsburgh. I will not buy another one until there is a better way to secure it.

From trying to get this band on your wrist without assistance to trying to link this unit to your smart phone, nothing was easy. We got one Geek squad fellow to get it initialized but when we got home, the unit had delinked itself never to be reconnected. Too bad, because the data it was tracking 24/7 would have been nice to know.

This broke after two and a half weeks and Best Buy refused to replace it since I did not buy the service plan, despite the fact that I've had a Best Buy card for over ten years. Luckily FitBit is replacing it, but I don't think these are good qualify.

    Best Decision I made

I absolutely LOVE my fitbit. I shopped around and compared many different products and finally settled on this one for 3 reasons. 1. You can change bands and there are many different designs to chose from on various websites. 2. It is compatible with My Fitness Pal app which I use daily as well. 3. It's small and not oversized like most of the other models with the larger display. If you are looking for something basic that doesn't display everything then this is for you. You must synch it to your phone or computer to determine your stats for the day, which I thought may be a pain but I actually love to do it. It gives you much more of an updated than simply the steps you have taken.

This was a birthday gift to me and I ended up taking the product back the next day. The fit bit would not sync up and I kept getting that error message even after four different tries. I was so disappointed in the product but have nothing but praise for the Best Buy staff.

    Great Simple Activity Tracker

I was debating on what activity tracker to get, and I almost was going to get the Apple Watch. But then I realized how much I carry my phone with me, anyways, and I don't need all these apps on an activity tracker. Then it was between the Flex and the Charge/HR. I don't need a Heart Rate monitor, and I wanted to be able to switch my band color whenever I wanted. So I went with the Flex. It's simple to use u just tap it a couple times to see if you're close to your goal, or it starts vibrating and lighting up if you've reached your goal. And when you want to go to sleep all you have to do is tap it a few times and put it in sleep mode and do the same when you want it to wake up. But now with the latest update you don't even have to put it in sleep mode, it'll do it on it's own. This is the perfect activity tracker for me, and really it's all in the app, because you can track your food intake, and water intake, set a weight goal....all that from the app. So the app along with this little tracker that I can change colors whenever I want, it's pretty cool.

My Fitbit stopped working after two weeks right in the middle of a step challenge at work. I have spent plenty of time going back and forth with Fitbit trying to remedy the fact that my new Fitbit does not work., to no avail. Now I am waiting for a refund.

I just ordered this fitbit flex on May 15th, and set it up and in less than 10 days it's not working properly. I've charged it twice in two days and it's not holding the change and prior to losing the charge it's not properly counting my steps.
