This was a replacement. THe first one worked for about two months. This lasted about a week. Not recommended at all.

SImply moving your wrist made steps be counted. Used it for one day and returned it.

I bought this to keep up with my steps. Just knowing it's keeping track is motivation, and it celebrates when you hit your goal for the day. The accuracy isn't perfect, but none of the fitness trackers are, so I figured why pay for a more expensive model. It syncs easily with my phone. The band is hard to clasp, but once hooked I've had no problem with it falling off. Because I've read that others had this problem, I bought a couple of small o-rings in a coordinating color. Cheap solution.

This product often does not record exercise (steps) accurately throughout the day. I would not recommend this product.

Closure not for me. Too hard to close or way too big. Too many parts. Really not a good purchase for me.

i had it for a week and found it annoying to have to keep track of. Making sure i set it to sleep mode every night.

Lost my bracelet on the second day. When I removed my jacket the bracelet would come off with it. $99 down the drain.

I purchased one of these for my wife because I enjoyed the one that I won so much. It is a great tool for maintaining your overall health progress. Love the sleep mode and the fact that it even alarms to wake you up. Great product and its so light and unobtrusive that you don't even realize you have it on most of the time.

I could not fasten it with one hand. I returned it and bought one that cost more but just slipped on my wrist.

Returned it to the store as it didn't do everything it claimed it would do & I could not fasten it on my wrist.

The wristband falls apart easy and there is no replacement.

I have been with the Fitbit Flex for 3 days now. But since I believe my experience of it is not going to change over the upcoming days, I feel I can write this review now. I have read all about the Flex's inaccuracies, its falling of the wrist, its inaccurate sleep tracking, etc. Well, I know that no device can be 100% accurate. The very fact that this device can be close to accurate and give you a good idea of where you are activity wise, is GREAT! I do my own error corrections on the data I get from this device, and get a ballpark idea of where I am. For example, if the Flex says I did 11,000 steps for the day, I am happy that I reached 10,000+ steps that are required for an active lifestyle. Same with sleep. It says I slept 3 hrs two nights before. Its obviously calculating on hand movement during sleep. But we know that a restful sleep needs less hand movement. So I try to do things that would induce a restful sleep which includes less hand movements. Any sleep that has too many hand movements is not restful sleep, which is what I want to strive towards. This device is definitely helping me live a healthier lifestyle. And it looks incredibly cool on my hand. Very slim, very attractive. I wear it outside my coat to make sure it keeps reminding me to get up and move. And I move a lot after this came into my life. Since I have an iPhone, integration is seamless. The app looks great, and also syncs with MyFitnessPal, making this Fitbit all the more worthy. Though it says I can charge it once every 5 days, I charged it after 2 days itself. And the clasp issue is non-existent for me. For me, I press it hard and it clasps, making a tiny clicking sound indicating that its secured. And I have not removed it even in the shower as its water proof/resistant. I love the Flex, and I am waiting for their next update to their line of products (not Force, coz its not water proof).

It tracks when its working. but it doesn't hold its charge. They need to recall all of them

Would have loved am sure fell off my arm after I 3 hrs of having it and lost for good.

Great for a few months but did not hold charge after 11 months of usage

Got this since it syncs with the MyFitnessPal app that I already use on my smartphone and is a really good complement to it. Great way to keep up with your diet since it follows your activity to help determine what calories you truly burned. Some activities aren't monitored as well (exercises that don't have a measurable "step" like skating). This can be easily solved by manually adding an activity within their application (web/smartphone). If anything, I wish the band/tracker didn't just use lights. I'd like to have the ability to have a way to "tap" on the tracker to see actual #'s (calories burned, etc) vs having to go my smartphone app. All-in-all, I'm happy with my purchase.

Was a pain to take off and on and would not connect to app. Returned for UP24.
