    Got the Inspire 3 after my Charge 5 went out in one year. Thought it would be simpler. Its the same. Too many factors to go thru til you get to steps - but the print is so incredibly tiny. Also - the first one wouldn't upload to the app. The second replacement one got stuck on a message to download the app. I uninstalled and restarted and restarted my phone and it kept saying the same thing. So I'm buying a different brand now.

    I am not overly pleased with this purchase as I wanted a second Fitbit, but after purchasing I found out FitBit/Google does not allow two Fitbits to record information through their app. I have a Sense which uses the FitBit app now, and when I got this Inspire, I opened the app hoping to add it to the app so I could interchange the Fitbits as I wear one or the other, but the only option is to replace the Sense. This is ridiculous in my opinion. So, beware, if you want to use two Fitbits interchangeably don't expect it based on the above.

    It didn't sync with app like I thought. I think the app tracks many health things, but didn't seem to track heart rate like I desired.

    No hourly reminders like before, problems with alarms, wrist strap cracked already.

    Slim form and user friendly screen display ,price was affordable and available in bestbuy store where i got it..

    I loved fact I can use it as a wrist band and change to clip. Excellent customer service with fit bit

    It’s ok, not as good as what I had previously. Doesn’t sync well with phones.

    the screen is very small, very few functions in relation to the price, there are other brands like Xiaomi that offer much more and for a lower price

    Fitbit heart rate display

    The Fitbit Inspire 3 looks nice, but it's basically a toy. I got it to track my heart rate during interval exercise. The Fitbit does show heart rate but not continuously and not very accurately. Had to keep tapping on the screen to get a reading and the readings seem to be low and also to lag. The reading would not reach its high until 5 to 10 seconds after I had started slowing down so I coudn't tell where I was in the exercise program.

    disappointed. screen is quite small, other formats for watch face could greatly improve readability of screen. does not pick up cycling as exercise.

    Sweat Stains on the strap (Open Box - Excellent)

    The rating in on whether Open Box - Excellent matches the expectation, not on the functionality or performance of the product. The one I got has quite a bit sweat stains on the strap. I thought Best Buy would have at least hygiened the open box item before re-selling it to customer. Disappointed they didn't do that.

    Bought this as a gift for my mom last Christmas. Didn't even work a full year before the screen went out. Only reason I gave it two stars was because she really did like it when it was working.

    It’s a nice device but my wife finds it difficult to use. Had to add an extra app to sync with iPhone and Apple Health.

    Heres my review. I nevwr received this order. After 2 weeks i called and was told to call fedex. Called fedex and was told to call best buy. Had to cancel and repurchase. Several calls and chats etc. Once i received my purchase the watch works great.

    It is hard to turn on. It sometimes is hard to scroll through. It won't scroll.
