    This Fitbit works great. It's pretty easy to set up. It's a good gadget.

    Easy interface, but the quality of longevity is poor. Bought in March and it stopped working in July. It will not charge. For a product that cost close to $100 I would expect more. Currently working on getting it fixed or replaced as it has 1 year warranty. Maybe the second one will last longer. Should have just bought my wife a Samsung galaxy watch.

    Doesnt accurately keep track of steps. But is comfortable to wear.

    Inaccurate sleep tracking

    The watch is very inaccurate when tracking sleep, which was the main reason I purchased it. It records that I am sleeping while I am watching TV or using my phone.

    Wife is Disappointed

    My wife needed to replace her previous Inspire2 Fitbit and recently they replaced to due to not functioning properly. The replaced one still does not pick up her sleep pattern and only records from the last time she gets up, even for a very short time at night. Spent hours on the phone with the support people to no avail.

    Can barly see my screen. Started out fine when new, but now it's so dim, i can only read it when it's really dark.

    This was working great but after 8 months or so it died and won’t turn back on even when plugged in.

    Absolute Junk. In two months it stopped synching with my phone. I did a factory reset and it worked for a week more. Now it is not connecting properly. Was going to buy one for my wife, but wont buy this junk. I am not in the country now, so not sure if Bestbuy will exchange it when I return.
