Step count isn't accurate; I awake to 300 + steps whenever I wear it to bed in an attempt to monitor my sleep. No, I'm not sleep walking.

Great beginner’s health & fitness watch

The Fitbit Inspire 3 is great for beginners. It has a great feature for tracking your sleep. The information is useful, with the option of upgrading to a service for additional data. The watch also tracks steps & calories burned. Long lasting battery is a plus.

It’s a great above entry level fitness tracker. I personally don’t like all the bells and whistles with larger watches. It’s accurate and easy to use. Counts steps, heart rate and sleep. Charge lasts about a week.

Not as simple as the vivosmart 4 it replaced. It keeps going to military time by itself. I'm looking for a new watch

The screen wakes up with any movement or bump. This is extremely frustrating and the reason I am returning this device. This was a replacement for my Inspire HR, which I now cannot find, so I will be without a watch. Very unhappy.

I had a Fitbit O e for 10 years. I carried it in my pocket. Did not want another thing on my wrist. Inspire 3 offered a carrier that can go in my pocket. Easy to release from yhe bands and put in carrier. Battery life is about 2 weeks. Easy to sync with my adroid watch and the Fitbit app. Wish I would have switched a long time ago. Definitely a fan.

Have never had a Fitbit or any kind of fitness tracker, and I love that I can check my heart rate, pulse, oxygen, sleep and steps. It's perfect!

Pros: I love the size and the color ( I got the lite orange). It is easy to charge, and goes for several days on one charge. The display is easy to read. It was easy to sync to my phone. The cost was great, especially with the features Cons: It is hard to figure out settings, and hard to search for some info. However, once I sit down with the online manual I imagine I can figure more out.

This item was purchased as a gift and was super easy to use and get set up as a new device for an existing fit bit user. It is super efficient and the battery life is great and tells me everything I need to know without the bulkiness of other watches and fitness trackers.

There is no reason why I didn’t do 5 stars. It is easier to use, and has more information than the previous Apple Watch. While like tyebsjeek, small design, I have trouble reading it. Not the fault of the watch, I have vision loss. It packs a lot of easy to use information and metrics, although the cardio listing, still Parker’s me.

This is my first fitness/health watch. I got this one because it was not expensive and I figured it would be a good starter watch. It has a lot of things it keeps track of, and surprisingly, it has almost everything I need as a beginner. I can see eventually wanting to have something more, but I think this will be good for me for some time to come. I really enjoy it and it helps me stay motivated about moving and drinking my water. I also like that it lets me know about my sleep habits. I was surprised the battery lasts so long. The way I use it, the battery has been lasting a week and a half!

    My Inspire 3

I like that it is small for my tiny wrist. I do wish the band was easier to secure, perhaps a stretchy band or one that snaps. Otherwise it gives all the vital info I need and I like that I can pick and choose my notifications.

So far I am really enjoying the Inspire 3 model. It seems pretty accurate for the most part and one of my favorite features is the battery life! For that reason I've enjoyed it more than my last apple watch. The price was another bonus!
