Its veen a good little device for what i want to track daily. The screen is smaller then expected.

I was pleased how quickly I received my tracker and have enjoyed wearing it since.

It does the job but I miss the smaller, discreet screen with the Inspire 2.

This is just what I needed to motivate myself to get moving!

I had an inspire 2 hr for several years and loved it until it finally broke. The inspire 3 is a disappointment in my opinion. The touch screen is very sensative to water, so every time I wash my hands it triggers the screen and frequently turns off auto-wake. There is a water setting to address this, but it is unwieldy and locks you out of other functionality, and this was never a problem with the inspire 2. One the software side, fitbit has changed some things for the worse too. You now only have the option to set alarms through the watch, not the app. Also, on a recent update to the fitbit app they changed the calorie tracking feature so that you can no longer easily see how many calories you have left for the day out of your goal. Lastly, I am not a fan of the watch faces they have available now. It would be nice if they had more faces available that had heartrate always visible (they used to have a utilitarian face that listed all your stats at once, but that is gone now).

I am enjoying my new Fitbit and it is helping me stay on track with my steps!

It does what it supposed to do. Is nice looking, but will get dirty fast.

Good device. A little hard to read the screen so different coloring of the text would be good.

Its a great fitbit. Able to wear it with ease. Not too big ao very comfortable

Fitbits are Easy to track health steps and looks stylish.

I traded in a bad Charge 5 for an Inspire 3. The Charge 5 had too many health items and you had to tap over and over to get to steps counter plus is has congratulatory messages with vibrations every 2500 or so steps. But the Inspire -does the same and has tiny tiny graphics you can't read and I've just been through 2 of them and both were defective. Now I'm ordering a different brand. I'm only giving it 2 stars because despite not communicating with the app (it doesn't) the 2nd one is still counting my steps.

The watch is small and hard to navigate and read information

Device is useless if you plan to have a child/teen on your Family Link account use it. Basically, you either have to drop you child from the account or use a "Kiddie" Fitbit Ace device. I don't find that to be acceptable - especially since I did not find that on the google store info. I was told by "customer service" that I should have read the community forum information about that before buying it. NO - you should tell your customers about limitations UP FRONT! I asked the rep what I should do with the device, and they told me to send it to the nearest electronics waste handling company. SERIOUSLY!!!!! I guess that is a simple solution. I may just have to do that with all my Google products!!!!

Bought the Fitbit inspire 3 to replace my Fitbit Luxe. Luxe is very slender with a comforable band for small wrists. Inspire is chunky...long uncomfortable band...hard to change. Very short charging cord. I feel like this newer version is definitely inferior. With all this new technology it should be better. Very unhappy with my purchase.

Do not buy Fitbit from retailer! The Fitbit company will not accept a return or exchange if not purchased directly from them. I even had my receipt and all parts; it was only 2 months old and quit working completely with all kinds of troubleshooting. Google has purchased this company and it is a MESS! Previously I have loved Fitbit. I have had great experiences for 7 + years with lots of help and even returned an item successfully. Not now!
