Great product till google bought out company and now is forcefully changing the great Fitbit UI to the horrible Google UI. It was the dream product up until then. Great features. Great support.

I would give this NO stars if I could. Briefly let me share with you my Fitbit experience . I bought the inspire 3 because I didn’t want another Apple Watch or a huge tracker, I genuinely just wanted to start tracking some metrics regarding my health. From day ONE thing thing was a piece of junk. Out of the 20 plus days I wore it all day and while I slept, it only tracked approx 5-6 days of sleep and those not tracked wrong saying I was basically getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night, which was inaccurate . Contacted customer support about all this because I also didn’t feel it was tracking my steps or HR correctly. I would love to think I’m some spectacular physical specimen…. But I can assure you I wasn’t burning 5-6000 calories like it said I was per day. Customer support made me jump through hoops for the better part of a week updating this or that and force stopping this or that,it still did not track. They escalated their claim and I got yanked around for another two weeks…. Asking me to do the EXACT same stuff .update Your Fitbit update your app clear device force stop hard reset blah blah blah. I told them everything had been done, even redoing everything they asked me to. I finally received another response this morning….. LITERALLY wanting me to redo everything I’ve done over the last month. I’m done with this terrible tracker and went and bought a Garmin, I suggest you all do the same!

Easy to read display, quick access to features. Excellent if you don't need connectivity to make calls. Easy to receive app notifications.

Needed to upgrade my mom's fitbit inspire HR. I found this to be the newer model. Moderately priced for it's features. Very pretty colors and the app was easy to transfer her old data and update to the newest version. She loves it.

works great but if you have and vision problem buy the larger one

Great what great Fitbit my wife loves it she's in the pool with it all the time she wears it everywhere tracks her heart rate the steps everything she loves it great watch I recommend it to everybody.

This watch helps keep me active. I like that i know when i need to get up and move.

Very nice upgrade in my previous Fitbit. Screen is much brighter and can be seen in daylight. Has held up in water well. Battery seems to need charging slightly mor often but all of the features and improved graphics are well worth it. Left on to SCUBA inadvertently tolerated 80 feet just fine. And it had a great s as le on as a bonus!!!

Great fitness tracker. Holds charge a longer time than the previous one I had.

Purchase this for a challenge that we had for work, and I just love it
