    Fit bit works well. I bought this for my 9 year old and he is very happy with it. However, I did find out you can only sync one device to the app at a time which is a disappointment.

    Terrible watch. Been at least 6 months since the time hasn't been fixed in the app. The phone and main clock match, but when you go into the app to add an exercise, the starting time is 30 min behind and won't let you use the current time. I contacted fitbit support 3 times- 2 e-mails and 1 call; supposedly trying to be fixed. It shouldn't take this long! Bluetooth on, sleep mode off, notifications on, stopped receiving texts on watch. Says I have a lot more steps than I know I took each day.

    Very good watch over all especially for the price. You can tell it is made of slightly cheaper materials though as it is easy to scratch the screen and body. I’d recommend a case of some kind.

    First fitbit stopped working 21 daysaftwr purchase. This is my refunded item....so, not 21 days into purchase but like the first one, works. Tracks steps, exercise and activities good., lots of face options but none really easy to look at. Screen is small and need glasses to read everything except the clock time. Screen turns off way too fast or does not come on when tapping as instructions state. Swipe function is ok, but like on and tapping...intermittent at best. Fair price I guess makes up for inconsistencies. We will see if it passes 21 day mark and beyond...

    Easy setup, quality product.customer service rep.did a great job explaining the features of the watch. Had to order product and it was ready for pickup in 2days. Very inexpensive for a quality product.

    It is my second Fitbit and I think it is wonderful. Sadly, I don't take full advantage of the many options available. My old Fitbit went 3 weeks or more before it needed to be charged. New one only lasts about 10 or 11 days.

    Purchased almost a year for my dad, and this item really is handy in monitoring his daily activity. My dad loves it and he is more anxious on making sure he hits his goal. Love this item.

    I'm enjoying using it. My daughter suggested I keep track of my steps. I like the pulse reading and haven't used other things yet. I like that you can turn your wrist and the clock shows up.

    Bought this for my boyfriend’s birthday and realized the box had been opened. This was not an open box purchase. Gave it to my boyfriend anyway before we returned it to the store; we’d been sold a grimy used Fitbit with hardened muck deep in the grooves and no charger in the box. Like, it was REALLY used, and again, purchased new. I can’t speak to the product features because we returned for credit, but was pretty surprised!

    UNSATISFIED W/ LYING SALES STAFF/POOR CUST SVC STF

    I was told by your sales staff that this product would be able to track my blood pressure. That's a medical necessity for me. I found out later that it does not even have that capability. I purchased it on my way out of town. When I returned, I was told that I was not able to return the fitbit, because it was past the 14-day period that customers can return a purchased product. It was 21 days later because I was bought it on the way out of town for a 21-day vacation. The customer service people said there was nothing they could do except give me a recommendation to purchase another wearable product that can track my blood pressure. The sales staff in the department checked to see that the product they recommended really did that. It did not. You have no products that can. I was told to exchange it for something else, or I would have to keep this product. Not happy with this product or the customer service person giving me more incorrect info, to "trick" me once again into a product that isn't what I needed. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND, EXCEPT FOR THE LATEST SALES PERSON IN THE DEPT WHO CHECKED OUT THE CUST SVC PERSON'S RECOMMENDATION FOR A NEW PRODUCT & LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DID NOT CARRY ANY WEARABLE PRODUCTS THAT DO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

    Mine was defective. It stoped charging two weeks in. Before that it would vibrate every time i got an email or text and for the love of me i could not figure out how to remove that option. I am still waiting to get reimbursed for my purchase.
