I bought it on July 8, 25, by July 25 it stopped working !!! Completely dead 18 days later, wouldn’t charge absolutely nothing. Went to return to the store (which is a completely joke) the associate that was helping me told me you can’t return it because there’s only a 15 day warranty. You’re telling me Fitbit/google (a pretty huge and reputable company) so you think only has a 15 day warranty on their product. Which blows my mind!!! I had paid to have the extended warranty, you would think an extended warranty at least coverup to 30 days no it’s 15 for Fitbit .. The associate returned it for me for an exchange and then I asked well now the product is on sale for cheaper than when I initially bought it for so do I get credited back that amount and they told me no !! You might get some sort of credit one on your bill but it’s not guaranteed and then I ask about the $20 amount that I paid for the extended warranty and they said no I wouldn’t be receiving that back because I returned the broken watch after the 18th day. Not only was the product of pile so the I was completely disappointed in the store.

Works great as a step tracker. Display is small but works well.

Got this for present for my husband but I have opened and tried it out and great watch for price. Especially love slim look

I can tell you how much happy my daughter is with this. Excellent band color. Excellent Software. Excellent Battery. Nothing goes wrong with this model.

I'm still trying to figure out all the symbols. I wish the instructors were more helpful but it does what I bought it for,and that was to count my steps when I go for my walks.

A Christmas gift for my mother in law. She seem to navigate the watch and the App on her phone. Great for the price.

I bought this for my grandma and she programmed it the same day that I gave it to her. Normally she’ll wait for me to do it lol but she loves the color and the fit.

Set up was not very easy but finally got it done. I still cannot get it track the number of flights of stairs though but at least the other few things I am most interested in tracks. Even though I was able to use the app on my tablet with my last fitbit, this one would not work on my fire tablet.

Been using this for a few weeks I'm loving it. Nice fitness tracker and it works wonderfully with the app on my phone.

Overall good buy, does not automatically change in various tome zones.

It's doing all the things I want it to do. I'm very happy with the product it is a little confusing to setup but I am getting better at understanding how it works.

Love the fitbit watch! Cant seem to get the wrist motion to display time, but works with a tap

Not very user friendly, Not enough instructions on how to use it. Have to google questions on hiw to use it.

I’m glad I upgraded from the HR inspire 2. I enjoy the color screen and this one feels more comfortable on my wrist.

I love my new watch. It keeps such a accurate time and an accurate step better than the number two did

The watch does not display the time when you move your wrist. I’m not sure if there is a sensitivity adjustment for this issue.
