Sweat Stains on the strap (Open Box - Excellent)

The one I got has quite a bit sweat stains on the strap. I thought Best Buy would have at least hygiened the open box item before re-selling it to customer. Disappointed they didn't do that.

Good while it lasted.

Didn't even work a full year before the screen went out. Only reason I gave it two stars was because she really did like it when it was working.

After 2 weeks i called and was told to call fedex. Called fedex and was told to call best buy. Had to cancel and repurchase. Several calls and chats etc. Once i received my purchase the watch works great.

FITBIT short durability

Bought in March and it stopped working in July. It will not charge. For a product that cost close to $100 I would expect more. Currently working on getting it fixed or replaced as it has 1 year warranty. Maybe the second one will last longer. Should have just bought my wife a Samsung galaxy watch.

Inaccurate sleep tracking
