I was told by your sales staff that this product would be able to track my blood pressure. That's a medical necessity for me. I found out later that it does not even have that capability. I purchased it on my way out of town. When I returned, I was told that I was not able to return the fitbit, because it was past the 14-day period that customers can return a purchased product. It was 21 days later because I was bought it on the way out of town for a 21-day vacation. The customer service people said there was nothing they could do except give me a recommendation to purchase another wearable product that can track my blood pressure. The sales staff in the department checked to see that the product they recommended really did that. It did not. You have no products that can. I was told to exchange it for something else, or I would have to keep this product. Not happy with this product or the customer service person giving me more incorrect info, to "trick" me once again into a product that isn't what I needed. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND, EXCEPT FOR THE LATEST SALES PERSON IN THE DEPT WHO CHECKED OUT THE CUST SVC PERSON'S RECOMMENDATION FOR A NEW PRODUCT & LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DID NOT CARRY ANY WEARABLE PRODUCTS THAT DO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

Love it. Have had 2 earlier models, but love this because of the watch.

I love my new Fitbit. It makes me try harder to reach my daily fitness goals!!

This has been an awesome watch for my daughter to use. Not only does it help encourage her to promote physical fitness but it’s not too distracting for school!

I am very happy to have purchased this item. I gave it as a gift and the relative I gave it to. I was excited to receive it due to the technological advances in health activity.

Just what I wanted, as it was just like the Fitbit I had.

Fits well on wrist. I like that it works great and its barely noticeable when wearing it which I like

pretty nice definitely not saying this to get at a chance to win the 400 dollars. But really works and does what I expected it to do.

Easy setup and works well for my mom. Only issue is that she seems to be allergic to the material so she doesn't wear it most of the time. I'll be replacing the band and see what happens. Battery life is okay, charging it can be a pain at times since it does not easily align or come off easy.

I love my fit bit. It is exactly what I wanted! I bought it as a replacement of one I had before. The price was great, exactly what I paid for the one I had 2 years ago. It’s more stylish than the one I previously owned.

My wife wanted a tracker and this is the one she picked, overall she is happy with the Inspire 3. Only issue she has is that when picking an item it times out too quickly

We bought this watch for my grandpa, he has a peacemaker and we want to keep his heart rate monitored. At the beginning we had some trouble connecting it to his phone, but after solving that everything went awesome. He loves it.

Terrible watch. Been at least 6 months since the time hasn't been fixed in the app. The phone and main clock match, but when you go into the app to add an exercise, the starting time is 30 min behind and won't let you use the current time. I contacted fitbit support 3 times- 2 e-mails and 1 call; supposedly trying to be fixed. It shouldn't take this long! Bluetooth on, sleep mode off, notifications on, stopped receiving texts on watch. Says I have a lot more steps than I know I took each day.

I love the new Fitbit, but the recent software upgrades have been pretty bad. They need to improve the software for iOS and Andriod.

The pick up process was easy and there has not been any issues with the fitbit

Great watch ! I just hate how I would move my arms and they would track that as a step so I’m not very sure how accurate my steps are.

Works as easily as advertised. Very comfortable to wear. A great value for the price

2nd fitbit ive owned! Love the features. Only 1 issue that needs adddressed...cant see it in the sunshine
