I still don’t understand how to use it. I check the time and my steps but I don’t know what else it is doing.

Was unable to get to accurately collect all my sleep hours. Tried troubleshooting with no major improvements. Would start collecting data around 2am, while my apple watch would record for much longer. I would still recommend as the activity tracking was fairly good and the app easy to use.

Posted .Hi there, EmilyG. While we’re glad activity tracking on the Inspire 3 is working smoothly for you, we hear your concern on wanting better sleep accuracy. Here’s some tips to get the most out of your watch:
1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
2. To accurately track your sleep, make sure your device is positioned higher on your wrist, about 2-3 finger widths above the wrist bone. The band should feel secure but not too tight.
3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

2. Tap Gallery > Clocks tab.

The only reason I actually switched was that there is a known software, or button hardware, design flaw which affected my use of it. I really wish I could give the Inspire 3 (I3) a better review, but here are my issues, for what they are worth. 1. I have to physically touch the unit to see the display. The C2 displayed the time when I moved my wrist to look at it, like a normal watch. 2. With the C2, I could change display functions by simply tapping the display. With the I3 I have to swipe Up/Down & Left/Right to get to various menu items. And even then I have, more often than not, ended up in some option menu, and have to scramble to make sure that I don't end up changing some settings I want to keep. 3. Referencing #2 above, there were a number of configuration items available for it on the Fitbit app. The I3's configuration via the app seems to be more limited. 4. The display is really designed for someone with really good eyesight. Some of the font sizes in the display might be very hard for an elderly person to see. (I'm not there - yet - but I want to be very clear for anyone looking for a fitness device who might have some type of vision issues.) In summary however, I'm NOT saying this is a bad device, but for people who work in locations where you cannot use a fitness device with native GPS or Wi-Fi, this device may allow for it. But it also has some serious functional limitations. Just my thoughts. If you use is and are 100% pleased, I am glad for you.

I wanted to be able to sit on the HR and have only that displayed, so it would be large, when I ride my bike. Goal was to maintain zone 2
