He increased every day and takes it as a challenge. He loves the fact that he can change the face of the watch and that it notifies him of incoming calls. Definitely sleeping better these days.

It charges quickly and is easy to use. My biggest issue that that there are no replacement band options except the silicone band. I would really like to have a stretchy fabric band.

New inspire for me

I had gotten it used and had it for a few years of daily use so I wasn’t too concerned. This new one has longer battery life and a few more settings but I mostly just use steps and time. It is nice to see messages though and be able to track heart rate and sleep , etc. if I wanted too.

It's slim profile gives me all the data I need and the battery only needs recharging every 4 to 5 days which is great.

I like that it tracks sleep and sends notifications if there are irregular heart rhythms. I also like that I get notifications on the watch when I receive text messages on my cell.
