Was unable to get to accurately collect all my sleep hours. Tried troubleshooting with no major improvements. Would start collecting data around 2am, while my apple watch would record for much longer. I would still recommend as the activity tracking was fairly good and the app easy to use.

Posted .Hi there, EmilyG. While we’re glad activity tracking on the Inspire 3 is working smoothly for you, we hear your concern on wanting better sleep accuracy. Here’s some tips to get the most out of your watch:
1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
2. To accurately track your sleep, make sure your device is positioned higher on your wrist, about 2-3 finger widths above the wrist bone. The band should feel secure but not too tight.
3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

My problem -- and this is not the fault of the device itself -- is that I don't have access to the Fitbit Dashboard stats because I don't have a Smart Device. The info is not accessible on my desk-top computer.

It works ok at doing your basic step counter but I am still not fully convinced that this is the best value for the money.

I went and bought it and so glad I did. Have been wearing it now for 2weeks and I’m very happy . Getting more exercise and keeping track of everything. Can’t say enough about it. It’s well worth the price. I’m on the road to getting fit.
