I can’t see the screen well unless I am wearing my reading glasses so I use the app on my phone to get details. But overall the information it tracks for you is great. Bought it to monitor heart rate while riding my bike. So after the ride I can see details

I got it for my wife. She was so happy when opened it and saw it was her favorite color. She loves to walk after work, so it's nice for her to track exercise time every day.

Good product. Does more than I need. Only gave it 4 staras because Fitbit ended the desktop website version. I like it because it functions without being worn on wrist.

I was told by your sales staff that this product would be able to track my blood pressure. That's a medical necessity for me. I found out later that it does not even have that capability. I purchased it on my way out of town. When I returned, I was told that I was not able to return the fitbit, because it was past the 14-day period that customers can return a purchased product. It was 21 days later because I was bought it on the way out of town for a 21-day vacation. The customer service people said there was nothing they could do except give me a recommendation to purchase another wearable product that can track my blood pressure. The sales staff in the department checked to see that the product they recommended really did that. It did not. You have no products that can. I was told to exchange it for something else, or I would have to keep this product. Not happy with this product or the customer service person giving me more incorrect info, to "trick" me once again into a product that isn't what I needed. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND, EXCEPT FOR THE LATEST SALES PERSON IN THE DEPT WHO CHECKED OUT THE CUST SVC PERSON'S RECOMMENDATION FOR A NEW PRODUCT & LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DID NOT CARRY ANY WEARABLE PRODUCTS THAT DO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

Terrible watch. Been at least 6 months since the time hasn't been fixed in the app. The phone and main clock match, but when you go into the app to add an exercise, the starting time is 30 min behind and won't let you use the current time. I contacted fitbit support 3 times- 2 e-mails and 1 call; supposedly trying to be fixed. It shouldn't take this long! Bluetooth on, sleep mode off, notifications on, stopped receiving texts on watch. Says I have a lot more steps than I know I took each day.

I liked the size and everything about this FitBit except for the way I had to change the bands using a spring. I exchanged it for a FitBit Charge 6.

My wife loves it! It provides all the information she needs for working out and daily steps. It also keeps track of her sleep hours. The battery surprisingly last a long time before it has to be charged.

Been swimming with it a few times no problems. Its light on the wrist sleek an stylish with all the functionality i was hoping for and more. I quite like the heart rate moniter and the blood oxygen moniter is kind of neat as well

Very trim and esthetically pleasing. But... difficult for older eyes to read the dial...tiny letters. I'd happily wear a larger fitbit, if I could 'read' it easily. Once I save up some more money, I'll look for one like that

Mine was defective. It stoped charging two weeks in. Before that it would vibrate every time i got an email or text and for the love of me i could not figure out how to remove that option. I am still waiting to get reimbursed for my purchase.

Love it. Have had 2 earlier models, but love this because of the watch.

I bought this to work with my company program...it does the job and collects my steps. No complaints...I do notice after charging the charge cord is hard to disconnect for Fitbit! Not sure why? Glad I got the Lilac...pretty

Just what I wanted, as it was just like the Fitbit I had.

Bought this for my boyfriend’s birthday and realized the box had been opened. This was not an open box purchase. Gave it to my boyfriend anyway before we returned it to the store; we’d been sold a grimy used Fitbit with hardened muck deep in the grooves and no charger in the box. Like, it was REALLY used, and again, purchased new. I can’t speak to the product features because we returned for credit, but was pretty surprised!
