Awesome product to keep track of my exercise progress since I retired

This is by far the best Inspire model that Fitbit has released. The color screen is easier to read and see. Moving between screens is a breeze. Also, you get a lot of features for around $100.

I find it complicated. I feel the instructions are confusing. I had to go to Best Buy Geek Squad to get help setting up and pairing with my phone. Still learning and it is already asking me to pay for certain subscriptions.

I love my fit bit. I’m still learning the features. Haven’t been able to wear a watch in decades due to metal allergy so I appreciate being able to wear this. Cute color too.

The tracking is great for the size of the device and it gets even better and more detailed when you get Fitbit premium. Luckily 6 months ate including for free!!

It’s a good wearable device but for the slightly less tech savvy is proving to be extremely challenging even after referring to the online instructions manual. I know space is limited but it’ll be nice to label what each icon represents. The state of the battery charge is not easily visible. I am sure the tech savvy folks will find it a breeze but for the not-so-tech people, especially senior citizens this could have been made a little more friendly. Even now I doubt if I am using the instrument to its fullest potential due to lack of guidance

I love all Fitbit’s especially the thinner ones bc they match everything and they also don’t feel like there’s too much weight on my wrist.

Love my new Fitbit! Even though it looks like a fitness tracker, it was easy to purchase other bands that makes it look fancy.

Seems to work good. Fast charging. One thing tho: it is easy to accidentally turn off the auto on feature.

Purchase this model to replace my old Alta Fitbit. It’s pretty much the same, not as many band options as older model. Happy with purchase over all.

I like these. However, in my experience you have to replace them every year or so. Might be worth getting a different brand next time.

Excellent. Just a basic tracker. They don't last forever but you're get 2-3 years. Get a bracelet band on Amazon.

I bought it to keep track of steps and while it does, it also counts when my arms move even if I'm standing. Otherwise it's helpful information.

I bought this for my mom to keep track of her blood pressure and it has helped her out tremendously. Thank you

I originally purchased because i liked the sleek size however it takes too many swipes and taps to get to the menu i want to see. With a fitbit you can see alot with one glance and no need to swipe or tap to get to an app or view steps etc

I bought it on July 8, 25, by July 25 it stopped working !!! Completely dead 18 days later, wouldn’t charge absolutely nothing. Went to return to the store (which is a completely joke) the associate that was helping me told me you can’t return it because there’s only a 15 day warranty. You’re telling me Fitbit/google (a pretty huge and reputable company) so you think only has a 15 day warranty on their product. Which blows my mind!!! I had paid to have the extended warranty, you would think an extended warranty at least coverup to 30 days no it’s 15 for Fitbit .. The associate returned it for me for an exchange and then I asked well now the product is on sale for cheaper than when I initially bought it for so do I get credited back that amount and they told me no !! You might get some sort of credit one on your bill but it’s not guaranteed and then I ask about the $20 amount that I paid for the extended warranty and they said no I wouldn’t be receiving that back because I returned the broken watch after the 18th day. Not only was the product of pile so the I was completely disappointed in the store.
