1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
2. Tap the Settings app > Restart Device > Restart.

Big improvement over my FitBit Alta HR

The screen is better and can display a lot more and the buttons on the side to wake the device are game changers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fitness tracker. This is similar to the Luxe but the Luxe doesn't have the side buttons. Battery life has been >10 days for me so far per charge which is great!

It was very disappointing because that was a concern I had is how much rest I was actually getting. Was great when it worked. So I returned the device and will be looking for something else.
