I did not keep this because I ended up deciding trackers aren't for me. But it works perfectly well, and it's relatively small which is why this is the one I tried. It's not very flat though. All the functions seem to work well, the display options are basic. My main issue is that it's not good for swimming. If you set it to a swim workout it doesn't do anything but count distance. It does not track heart rate. But if you let it "detect" swimming, for some reason it does track heart rate, but it never knows when you stopped so it gives you very inaccurate splits unless you swim the entire time uninterrupted. To get it to "detect" swimming you have to turn off the auto detect option for every other activity or else it logs it as things like rowing instead of swimming.

The Fitbit Inspire 3 has truly helped me stay on top of my health goals. It’s sleek, lightweight, and extremely comfortable to wear all day—even during sleep. The battery life is impressive, lasting about a week on a single charge. I love how it tracks heart rate, steps, sleep, and stress levels with great accuracy. It’s also durable enough for workouts and everyday wear. The interface is easy to use and syncs flawlessly with the Fitbit app, keeping me motivated with daily goals and insights. This is a great investment for anyone starting or continuing their wellness journey.

I really enjoy this Fitbit. It's slim, easy to use. Wished I had been told I needed 11 ios to get all the functions to work, but otherwise, love this fitbit

Great everyday fitness tracker! I’ve been using the Fitbit Inspire 3 and it’s been a game changer for my daily routine. It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear all day (even while sleeping), and the battery life is impressive—I can go nearly a week without charging. The sleep tracking is one of my favorite features because it helps me understand my patterns and make improvements. The heart rate monitor and step counter are very accurate, and I like how it gives me reminders to move when I’ve been sitting too long. The app is user-friendly and syncs quickly, giving me clear insights into my health and progress. It’s not overly complicated but still has all the essentials like stress tracking, workout modes, and notifications from my phone. Overall, the Inspire 3 is perfect if you want a reliable, simple, and motivating fitness tracker without breaking the bank.

I love the Inspire band. I have had a lot of Fitbits. I am a runner and I sweat a ton. They get about a year and a half. When my Charge 5 died i wanted something smaller. I love the onboard GPS but I wasnt using it as I also have a dedicaated running watch. The little color screen is great and it is perfect for sleep tracking as you dont even know it is on. The biggest win is battery life. Just shy of two weeks. That is huge! Of you need a lightweight tracker, that almost all the features you need, look no further.

Fitbit Inspire 3 is a perfect tracker! It’s small, sleek, stays charged a long time (twice as long as the Charge 6), charges easily & efficiently. I only wish bands and chargers from earlier Inspire versions were compatible with #3.

    Inspire 3 lot of improvements

Better than the older inspires. Display is much larger and easier to read outside. Keeps track of more information. Charge lasts longer than Inspire 2. The charging mechanism with clips ensures a much better connection for charging. I am concerned that with the more secure charging connection that the plastic hooks might eventually break. The band is similar to the old bands other than it has a typical watch hook type connection. I liked the old snap connection it was easier to get on.

Great little smartwatch. Tracks activity, heart rate, sleeps, and steps accurately. Perfect device if you need a watch the just gets notifications, and want some fitness data. I get about 7 days of battery life between charges.

This tracker is light and compact. I have found it is pretty accurate in tracking steps and my sleep. It is holding it's charge as advertised, seven days. I also like the reminders to get up and get active during the day.

This Fitbit tracker is just what I wanted. Slim, accurate, and a 10 day battery life checks all the boxes. The screen is also brighter than the Inspire 2, which means I am able to read the screen even in the bright sun outdoors.

I bought this and then misplaced the charger. I had to order a new one. The watch went 14 days on its initial charge and still had nine percent when the new charger came. I'm so thrilled with this watch. My old Galaxy watch had to be charged every day. Besides steps, the watch monitors your heart rate, hours of sleep, and more. The lilac color is so lovely compared to plain old black. I've had several fit-type watches and this is the best yet. I like the custom faces and changed from the default. The Apple app is not as powerful as the Android app I had with my last Fitbit, but it is lightyears better than the app for the Galaxy. The Best Buy guy said that Apple restricts what third-party apps can do. This Fitbit's app is still good. It is very comfortable to wear. It comes with a second band you can swap out for a larger wrist, but I didn't need it.

Love and it works great! I love the simplicity, the size and the weight of the device. I have many issues with my wrist and this watch does not bother me at all. It works great with my iPhone. I am just worried that future Fitbit/google watches will only work on Android.

I was looking for a watch with great battery life that would track my steps and heart rate, and this was the right choice. I get about a week’s worth of charge out of it, and I wear it in the pool and in the shower.

So far, I love it because it is an upgrade for my older Fitbit when they first came out. They had no clock face. I did buy this as an Open box and it was a great great deal! There was no manual so I have to look things up on the Internet. The box itself was kind of torn up. And I don’t know how long the previous owner kept the Fitbit, but I do have problems with it every so often. It takes me three or four taps to get data on the screen, but when I scroll the data disappears so that can be a little frustrating. I still haven’t learned everything I need to know about it but as far as keeping track of my steps, my heart rate, my active “zones”, I love it. And I think I only charge it once a week? Which is great.

For someone who works in a warehouse where smart watches aren’t allowed, yet fitbit is this is a good replacement. Still functions the same, tracks your steps, checking your HR, making sure to take deep breaths in. I can even go days and battery is still good. I would totally recommend this watch to anyone. Been using my fitbit for over 6 months.

I have had my Fitbit Inspire 3 tracker for about a month. It replaced an older Fitbit Inspire. I have appreciated the added bells and whistles that this model offers. I mainly track my steps and walking miles as well as sleep status. The added tracking of heart rate, oxygen levels, breathing etc is very helpful and just enough for me so that the Premium subscription is not needed. It does a good job of notifying me of messages as well and is very easy to use. This model is a "make sense tracker" and has just enough information to help me but not too much to complicate life. I just love it!

I love this Fitbit! I wear it every day. Super lightweight and has lots of fun functions. My only complainants are that I have to restart it often (as it will glitch/stop vibrating when I receive notifications), and my heart rate monitor stopped working after about 8 months of use. The restart process only takes a few seconds, so that’s not really an issue compared to the latter. The battery also lasts sooooo long (a week or more), even with me using it daily.

The Fitbit has been very helpful for tracking my husband's heart rate during exercise as he recovers from double heart bypass surgery. It is also valuable for monitoring his sleep as he is dealing with sleep apnea.
