One of the best aids to keep me active. Keeping me active means I have become more aware of the need for an active life style. The most important component is the awareness notices you receive is letting you know how active you have been during the day in steps and miles. Additionally, you are given great motivational remarks. Keeping me positive when I'm feel down and unmotivated adds strength to keep trying.

Works well, battery life is good and does what it needs to.

I love it. The charges last and it gives me meaningful data and also has a "find my phone" feature which has come in handy multiple times. I got it on sale and definitely am happy with my purchase. I do sometimes wish the screen was a little bigger but it is not enough of a negative to make it only 4 stars.

Sleek and works well. Its easy to update the time, etc.

I love this watch as it is simple use and provides all the information I could ever want plus you get a weekly summary email.

This is my 3rd or 4th Fitbit over approximately 10-12 years. I replace every few years as needed. Has everything I need. Wish there was a pendant instead of just wrist strap.

I love my fit bit. I can now monitor my steps and sleep on a daily basis. It just the right size. Not too big or bulky! Great battery life!

It is a great lite weight wrist band. Bonus is it shows me texts and phone calls. I have a smart watch I bought this for just walking. Like it

The Inspire 3 has the features I wanted without being too complicated. I use it primarily as a watch and step counter but it also includes heart rate and sleep monitor functions. It is waterproof at pool depths so I can track measurements while in the water. I like the color of the band-lilac. I have had other fit bits in the past and the only problem I’ve had is the battery eventually stops being rechargeable after several years.

It has everything I wanted and more. Great for steps.

The Fitbit Inspire 3 is incredibly easy to setup and use. Being able to monitor my health data truly does inspire me to exercise more, eat healthier foods, and manage my sleep cycle. I love it!

Works great for being a smaller version. Only complaint I have is since it is smaller I have difficulty seeing all the information so I have to use the app which is great.

Overall the FitBit Inspire 3 has been a good purchase. The included features such as step tracking and alarms are easy to use without prior knowledge. I was also pleasantly surprised by the Smart Wake feature which I was un aware of previously. The ten day battery life is another great aspect of the tracker since I can wear it to bed most nights instead of charging it every day. The syncing for reading text messages is not always reliable however, and it would be really great if there was a way to respond to messages directly from the tracker.

I personally use a smart watch like a Samsung watch. However, I got this Fitbit for my 13-year-old cousin and he loves it. He uses it for tracking his steps which keeps her more active and it can also be used for tracking your sleep and if they already have a phone it can’t be used for looking at notifications.

Comfortable and very easy to use. Battery life is great too.

Excellent for the price. Step count not perfect but definitely good enough for average user. Decent response speed. A nice compact option for those who want to track health metrics without needing a massive, heavy weight device.

This fitbit works well tracking my sleep and activity level. I think it looks elegant and sleek.
