We bought this watch for my grandpa, he has a peacemaker and we want to keep his heart rate monitored. At the beginning we had some trouble connecting it to his phone, but after solving that everything went awesome. He loves it.

This is my 3rd Fitbit and love them! Helps keep track of my steps

I love the new Fitbit, but the recent software upgrades have been pretty bad. They need to improve the software for iOS and Andriod.

The pick up process was easy and there has not been any issues with the fitbit

Great watch ! I just hate how I would move my arms and they would track that as a step so I’m not very sure how accurate my steps are.

2nd fitbit ive owned! Love the features. Only 1 issue that needs adddressed...cant see it in the sunshine

I love this watch! It has helped to inspire me to get off my butt! It vibrates to remind me to move. I may not move as much as I should yet, but it’s a darn good start!

Terrible watch. Been at least 6 months since the time hasn't been fixed in the app. The phone and main clock match, but when you go into the app to add an exercise, the starting time is 30 min behind and won't let you use the current time. I contacted fitbit support 3 times- 2 e-mails and 1 call; supposedly trying to be fixed. It shouldn't take this long! Bluetooth on, sleep mode off, notifications on, stopped receiving texts on watch. Says I have a lot more steps than I know I took each day.

The inspire 2 had a very dim click face—couldn’t read it in the sunlight. This one is nice and bright. So far, so good.

Does exactly what i want it to. Tells time and tracks my steps not sure how accurate the step counter is sunce it always seems a little high even when i feel like i dont walk that much.

The fitbit itself is awesome. I'm just having problems with my band. It was missing the extra band and I'm getting the runaround about getting another one. That's messed up

This was a gigft for my mom, as I already own my own and she liked it. Its asic, but it keeps track of steps, calories, and other useful things to stay healthy.

So far can track running speed and calorie. Looks decent.

Mine was defective. It stoped charging two weeks in. Before that it would vibrate every time i got an email or text and for the love of me i could not figure out how to remove that option. I am still waiting to get reimbursed for my purchase.

I am so pleased with my new Fitbit. The nice man who helped me was great He synced it to my phone and found exactly what I was looking for. Kudos to your employee!

Old traditional watch just to keep an eye on your workout routine and calories burned. No other noise and distractions…

Works well, and helps you improve your fitness. Even detects AFIB. Did replace the standard band with a third party woven band.

Was a replacement for a previous model. Works well but the oxygen counter only works after wearing it for 3 nights and only visible on the app not on the watch.
