Ever since and update, the sleep tracker never works, it is always way off on steps compared to my phone, and never tracks when I’m doing an activity. Do not purchase.

Regretful purchase

Regarding the issue with the Fitbit app, try to force close it, restart your phone, relaunch the Fitbit app, then monitor. Make sure that you're using the updated version of the Fitbit app as well. Hurts our wrist

I tried to wear it to work and see if I might experience it and yes it's true, I think the cause of it is that there is so much radiation in this tiny smart watch.
