The size of the watch is my biggest quam and the very small face selection needs some work. But overall it's a good watch as far as keeping a battery charge. It also keeps me aware of my movement. But I'm overall satisfied with it.

This is a relatively inexpensive step tracker, although, I find it works better as a step counter in my pocket than on my wrist. It appears that unless my arm is moving freely it does not count all of my steps. Just something to keep in mind when carrying things. I don't use most of the other functions, since I bought it as a step counter.

I drove out of my way to get this at Best Buy because I thought that the sales associates would know about the product. I was told that I would have to go to the Geek Squad, and they were booked up until the following day. I have had a lot of problems with this Fitbit. I don't know if I just got a "lemon", but the screen goes black when I am trying to scroll down, and between the clock screen and the heartrate screen, I often have to turn the display back on a dozen times. I contacted the Fitbit customer support. I don't think that "Alwyn" had a good grasp of English, but for whatever reason, he could not solve the problem. On the positive side, the battery stays charged a long time. I guess a black screen doesn't take much energy. The band is comfortable.
