It's been accurate (unlike my Vivosmart 5) and they were able to find other material bands and colors (they have some woven ones that are really neat) on Amazon.

Luv the Fitbit Inspire 3

It is sleeker than the Charge 3 and more suited to a woman's wrist, IMO. It also has more features than the Charge 3.

It tracks my steps, my sleep habits, my exercise and tells me the time. Very easy to sync to my Android phone. I did not need one that takes phone calls and emails.
