Easy setup, quality product.customer service rep.did a great job explaining the features of the watch. Had to order product and it was ready for pickup in 2days. Very inexpensive for a quality product.

It is my second Fitbit and I think it is wonderful. Sadly, I don't take full advantage of the many options available. My old Fitbit went 3 weeks or more before it needed to be charged. New one only lasts about 10 or 11 days.

Sometimes it gets stuck in a loop trying to find a device with the Fitbit app installed.

Love the find phone feature. Easy to use. Comfortable.

Fit bit works well. I bought this for my 9 year old and he is very happy with it. However, I did find out you can only sync one device to the app at a time which is a disappointment.

Purchased almost a year for my dad, and this item really is handy in monitoring his daily activity. My dad loves it and he is more anxious on making sure he hits his goal. Love this item.

I'm enjoying using it. My daughter suggested I keep track of my steps. I like the pulse reading and haven't used other things yet. I like that you can turn your wrist and the clock shows up.

Very good watch over all especially for the price. You can tell it is made of slightly cheaper materials though as it is easy to scratch the screen and body. I’d recommend a case of some kind.

First fitbit stopped working 21 daysaftwr purchase. This is my refunded item....so, not 21 days into purchase but like the first one, works. Tracks steps, exercise and activities good., lots of face options but none really easy to look at. Screen is small and need glasses to read everything except the clock time. Screen turns off way too fast or does not come on when tapping as instructions state. Swipe function is ok, but like on and tapping...intermittent at best. Fair price I guess makes up for inconsistencies. We will see if it passes 21 day mark and beyond...

This was a gift for my wife to help with her exercise data. She is still learning how to use the app but is very happy to have it.

Works as described although I'm having issues with the auto on when you click your wrist. Had the same issue with last unit as well.

I think this product is excellent. It helps motivate and doubles as a nice watch. Yay

This is an upgrade for me. I loved the first one so much that I had to buy again. The screen is better and clearer than before. I can do more with my messages too.

love the sleep monitoring function and the steps to help me try new things. Also has wonderful suggestions and even recipes on your phone, tablet or computer it will send the info for easier reading and access to so much more. love it!

A great upgrade from my previos Aspire. I have a small wrist and it fits. Good tracking tools, lots that i dont use. Has a premium app options that i tried and liked during trial period.
