Faulty device

I did a factory reset and it worked for a week more. Now it is not connecting properly. Was going to buy one for my wife, but wont buy this junk. I am not in the country now, so not sure if Bestbuy will exchange it when I return.

Wife is Disappointed

The replaced one still does not pick up her sleep pattern and only records from the last time she gets up, even for a very short time at night. Spent hours on the phone with the support people to no avail.

Terrible battery life

Not “it’s too big” or anything. I mean, they literally cannot even set up the device. Fitbit doesn’t allow it because they aren’t compliant with COPPA. Apple figured it out..

This fit bit didn’t nothing special really. I also had a hard time with the heart rate. It worked the first few days but then stopped reading heart rate.

No Good Fitbit

Stoped keeping the proper time about a month ago and now it doesn't keep track of any of my health statstics. Maybe I just got a bad one. I hope I can get my money back.

1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app .
2. On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Device Info > Clear User Data

Return policy unacceptable

The one I've been using is very good. I tried to return this one from Best Buy but was told I only had 15 days to return it. I got there on the 19th day. I didn't know there was such a short return period and had not expected that from a big corporation. The employees were respectful and tried to help me but Best Buy had removed the capacity to override. This review is a complaint about the poor return policy dictated by a very wealthy corporation.

Does not work as advertised

There’s a ton of third party apps that are supposed to allow it to sync with iPhones, but FitBit doesn’t work with them anymore, so they don’t work and just make up hourly data.
