    I bought to replace my old fitbit. I tried and few other people to synch to my computer. I am not computer geek and it appears you had to be to hook it up. I finally returned to store. I would not recommend to senior citizen that is not computer savvy.

    Seems accurate when counting steps, but the wristband is designed so that you cant easily see the holes to put the tabs into, so i had to attach velcro to the band to make the sides adhere. Terrible wristband design.

    Wearing my Fitbit inspire for the first time to the gym, and the wristband broke from the Fitbit itself. Whole thing is made of plastic. Cracked where the spring bar goes into the watch to hold band onto the body of watch itself. While trying to figure out what happened, broke the other side as well. Unfor

    And she really loved it. We couldn't get the one that was on closeout to work and the store wouldn't honor the price on a replacement, so that was a disappointment. But the product is good.

    It made it about 7 months before the battery stopped holding a charge. Was great before that. Just think it should’ve lasted longer than 7 months. My off brand version is still working strong.
