    Very disappointing

Bought as a gift so they could count their steps, track activity and check how many calories they burned. Screen was hard to use, required multiple taps to get it to come on and multiple swipes to change the screen. Screen stopped functioning after about a year. Very disappointed in the quality and longevity of this product. Will not be purchasing from this brand again.

    Worst Fitbit I've Ever Owned

I have used Fitbit devices since early 2014. I've always used the lower-end models like Flex, Flex 2, and Inspire. They have worked beautifully for me. I bought this Luxe as a step up when it was on sale. I absolutely hate this device. It rarely ever vibrated when I needed to get my 250 steps in for the hour. I would have 40%+ charge and go for an hour or so walk only to find out the battery was dead sometime during the walk. I would get notified the battery was low when I connected the charger. I searched through the settings looking for a way to improve the notifications and never found anything to adjust. I dug out my old Inspire and re-connected it. This device is garbage. Don't waste your money!

Have been wearing this daily and crazy about this tracker. Works very well at tracking all my stats and really like the start and stop functionality for exercise, walking, running, etc. Great little tracker. Might be slightly overpriced, but still think it is worth using.

Awesome fitness tracker. Colored screen makes a big difference when viewing it in different light. My only complaint is that the tracker dropped price within a couple weeks and Best Buy will not price match after the fact

I love what this watch offers as a fitness watch but I’m on my second watch in less than two years and it’s malfunctioning.

amazing when it worked, but after only 2 weeks the battery life suddenly changed from 5+ days to 24 hours. no amount of features disabling would improve the life of the device - so after an unproductive chat with fitbit over a week... I have returned the device. I am sure these issues will be ironed out over the next few months - but be aware that the life of the device may suddenly change. see the fitbit luxe forums on fitbit's website for the status of these ongoing issues.

Overall, I am satisfied. Does what I need for it to do. The battery lasts super long. The screen display is a bit small. But other than that, I like it.

It was nice and all, but I didn't care for it. It doesn't count floors like I wanted. I returned it. If you like FitBits this IS a nice one. I didn't have issues like others reported.

I love it. It replaced a Gear2 Smartwatch, 3g. I don’t miss the 3 hour battery life. This Fitbit does count steps as I shuffle through papers, but my other Fitbit Charge did as well.

Nice for basics- it’s small so the script is small some thinks hard to read works well with iPhone- sometimes the battery all of a sudden is very low even after charging the same the day.

Great watch, I changed it from the fitbit sense, and it comes with everything the sense came with but with a much more compact screen, and at about half the price this watch is great if what youre looking for is the features rather than the looks.

it's great, but the Fitbit premium is very expensive and with out it, you can't get your sleep number. Also, the wrist band connectors are not the best and it keeps off of my wrist.

Love the tracker but the charger is already giving me problems. Sometimes when I plug in at night, instead of charging, it drains the battery to zero. Very frustrating.

I really wanted to continue with a fitness tracker but i disliked the large faces. I like the smaller face of the Luxe and it does not overwhelm my small wrist and still looks nice even when I'm dressed up.

Product is good and improved my sleeping habit. Returned this and got silver color and bought different color wristbands on Amazon. Best Buy didn’t have a good selection.

I had my Fitbit luxe for a total of 35 days. It was unfortunate that I did not read or research it more. Come to find out the mechanism that hold the bands on are faulty and I had wore it on a hike and lost it. Spent $150. for nothing. It is sad because I really liked the sleek design and the features it offered. Back to my old charge 3.

This my 3rd one and all of them have only lasted 5 months or so. Too many issues with not turning on. This was for my girl because it was simple and she wanted something thinner then a watch but this didn't last. Good when it works but doesn't work very often. They send you a used warranty replacement that doesn't work also. I had the same issue with mine when i bought a higher version.
