Q: Why is my sleep score not showing on my luxe?
A: Make sure you are syncing your Fitbit everyday. You may need to go to the app on your phone and turn the sleep log on.
A: The luxe counts all steps. It doesn’t count elevation though. I shower and swim with mine. It’s waterproof.
A: Absolutely waterproof. We have a pool and never take it off. No problems.
A: You say "heart not beating correctly". This Fitbit only monitors the heart rate (pulse, beats per minute). Beating correctly implies monitoring rhythm which is what an EKG or ECG does. The Luxe CAN NOT monitor heart rhythm.
A: I believe battery problems and charging are just 1 of the many problems with this
A: I shower with it most days and it works fine. Can't speak on swimming though.
