I have recently started working out and tracking calories. The Fitbit has helped by keeping up with my steps, calories, and distance as well as sleep. I've actually seen improvement in my quality of sleep and its been great seeing the number of times I wake up in the middle of the night decrease. This is a great product and I love using it!

The Fitbit One is an excellent tool for tracking general fitness levels providing accurate steps measured, altitude covered and when synced with such programs as DigiFit and MyFitnessPal, is capable of providing fitness and nutritional information.

Love it! This was sa replacement for a lost unit. Small enough to attach to bra and never miss (tracking) a step. Recommend purchasing Fitbit holders when initial wears out (about 2 years), imitation was reason for loss of unit,

So happy with this FitBit! If you are wanting a Fitbit and don't like wearing the band... this is the one for you. You can clip this one right on your pants or wherever they recommend. I clip mine to my bra. Works great!!

Bought this product because of positive results with my Fit Bit One.

The product does what it says it does. It is easy to slip in a pocket, wear in the attached clip, or wear on your wrist with the optional wristband (must purchase separately). I am a sports official and cannot have something on my wrist during basketball games, so I find this design best for my needs.

great for keeping me on track with my fitness goal

This is great for someone that wants to track steps taken on a daily basis along with tracking stairs, calories used and such. It has a easy to use website that it connects to. It also is able to be conmected with myfitness.com which is an added bonus!

Great except it needs a tether that could clip to belt loop or the like to prevent it from slipping out of pocket.

Great pedometer that keeps me moving when I might otherwise sit around. The sleep feature is difficult to use, however.

The calories I think are off. But like to know how many steps I have

I've actually used a Fitbit for several years. It tracks steps and floors. I didn't like to use it for tracking sleep.

Precise, easy to read and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

If you are trying to get in shape or loose weight this is for you. You can sync with other fitness apps easily. The Fitbit sends you positive updates and encouragements. The setup is easy and the battery life is great. I would recommend this product.

I love this fitbit because it is discreet and for all the features.

It's less obvious than the trackers on your wrist, and it seems to be fairly accurate! Just be sure not to forget it's in your pocket. Also, it has good interoperability with the other free food tracking apps like MyFitnessPal and Lose It.

I like the long lasting battery and the comparability with my IPhone app. A nice clip on case came with my Fitbit and the step counter is pretty accurate. It also syncs with other fitness apps. I highly recommend this Fitbit.
