    After being in Weight Watchers and using their version of the fitbit (you must be a member and pay an additional fee), I hoped this would be like theirs. That product measures when I reach a higher metabolism rate through exercise. It gave me goals and was more user friendly. I had to plug it in, but when I did, I could see my activity by the hour and it gave tips like exercise earlier in the day to burn more calories. I could not wait to look at it each day. It was very interactive and a good product for a boomer who is not real computer savvy. The fitbit sends me e-mails such as, You have walked 49,000 steps. Who cares, what did I do today? What did I do yesterday? It did not have me wear it a week and then set goals to increase activity if I want to lose weight. It was a waste of $100.

    All reviews I've read have raved about this. It was not accurate at all. It counted steps while driving. The sleep tracker seemed more accurate but I didn't want to waste money on something and only be able to use 1 feature.
