I've had it on me everyday since I bought it! Got it primarily to track activity but side benefit has been sleep tracking. I've found a minimum activity level to insure improved sleep - one of my best purchases in a long time

Like a flex, but versatility of the clip is better. Once you get the flex for it's options, then realize the wristband has so many issues for so many users, this is a better choice. Love it!

i purchased this for my wife because she cannot wear anything on her wrist at work. She had a Flex and liked it but really wanted something for work. It does everything the flex does with the added conveinance of a clip.

Keeps me motivated and I find myself trying to beat the prior day step totals. Also, love the sleep timer so I know how much quality sleep I'm actually getting. I notice it the next morning in how I feel after a night's sleep.

The fitbit one tracks pretty well and is easy to see what you've been up to since it's got a visual display on it. So when I'm at work and I see that it's 3 pm and I've walked 1000 steps, I know I should get up and walk some. Overall, it's very helpful and cool little device. The web interface to show the stats is a good visualization of how lazy or active I've been. Some of the interactive parts of the online service can be challenging to use, but gets the job done. The little container to hold the fitbit is rubbery and flexes. Over time it can loosen up its hold on the Fitbit, but usually isn't too much of an issue. Just have to watch out if you hit where the fitbit is (I carry it on my waist) as that may jostle it free when you don't even notice (this has happened to me many times).

I have been using fitbits for two years now. I recently started using my fitbit again after having a baby and wanted to keep up with my sleep patterns. Having the sleep tracker allows me to see how well I am sleeping and how often I am moving at night. Using the fitbit has also helped me get back into exercising and keeping me motivated to continue increasing my steps each day. It's a great product! My best friend saw mine and decided to get one, now we check up on each other through the phone app all the time. It's great.

Fitbit is a great tracker for how many steps you take, stairs you climb, miles you walked and calories burned. You sync it to your computer and Fitbit keeps all the information for you. I would recommend it to everyone.

My company is encouraging everyone to walk a million steps from July through December. They got special pricing on the Fitbit Flex. I got into the program a few days late and they had run out of the Flex. I purchased this Fitbit One and I think it is a better option for me. I like the screen which tells me how many steps, stairs, miles, calories, etc. that I've gone each day. The Flex only shows a series of dots. The One, gives me a word of encouragement each morning like "you rock (my name)"...I know kind of corny, but it brings a smile none the less. I didn't want something strapped to my wrist. I like that I can just put this in my pocket. The problem is that on a couple days, I've forgotten it was still attached to the previous day's pair of pants.

The Fitbit One is very easy to use, the battery lasts quite a while on a charge, and I love that it can sync with my iPhone. I like using the silent alarm function so I don't wake anyone up when I need to get up early.

    Great pedometer

First I don't use the sleep tracker function. I find you have to wear it to bed on your wrist and I don't like wearing electronics when I sleep. That being said the pedometer part works great. I don't wear it on my wrist but clip it to my belt. I have a pedometer on my watch and I find it adds extra steps accidentally. For example I can add extra "steps" while washing dishes or while cleaning (scrubbing showers, wiping spills on the floor, working stains out of carpets, etc.). This unit is a little longer than the other FitBit clip on but that seems to make it tougher to accidentally slip it off. This one also has a long lasting rechargeable battery so I don't have to worry about a watch battery dying on me (that happened to me multiple times with the smaller FitBit. Always seemed to happen on days when I did a bunch of walking). Overall I would say this is one of the better pedometers out there. You might even want to wear it to bed.

Works Great with my Windows Phone!

I have been carrying a cheap pedometer from a health program at work, and when it quit working reliably I looked for something better. The program will link to the FitBit, so I decided to give it a try. Because it tracks more things, including stairs climbed (hills count), I find myself trying to exceed all my goals, and not just steps. I especially like the display on the device, which shows a lot of information without opening the app on the phone. The Live Tile only shows current steps and how many more are needed to meet my goal. The FitBit app on the Windows Phone looks great, and provides all the information available in my Windows 8 computer app in a compact form. It also does a great job tracking sleep! Because I wear it all the time when moving or sleeping, I now charge it in the car on my commute about once a week. I don't miss any steps, and it charges quickly!

It is advertised as not being waterproof which I'm sure it isn't to some extent but when it was dunked in the pool on accident it still worked just fine and is still working! It is a very reliable and easy to use product.

Beside the fact that it cant measure my activity when I am spinning I LOVE IT. It tracks every step and it calculates the calories burned depending on how much activity you did. Even though it odes not track spinning you can input the time you did that class and it will give you credit for it; I LOVE the fact that it synchronizes with my fitness pal which is where i log my food. I actually like it better than the new fitbit flex because it gives you data real time which motivates me more than just some lights turning on. I also love that i can hide and put it wherever I want to put it. I keep it in the clip so I dont loose it and it does not end up in the washer machine. LOVE IT SOOO MUCH

Generally speaking, the fitbit is awesome. Its pretty accurate, and the app is really nice. The only downside for me is that it doesn't get along with my motorcycle. If I ride to work (40 miles or so), it will have clocked ~2k steps during that ride. Other than that minor annoyance, I love my fitbit.

Have had fun moving and incorporating more fitness into every day. I work at getting up from my desk more often and parking further away to get my steps in. I find challenging myself to reach my flights of stairs goal more often. I love to analyze how I sleep and how efficient I am with my sleep. I'm on my second fit bit due to not paying attention when I was bike riding one day with a Fannie pack that I think just worked it off my shorts. Works great clipped onto undergarments to prevent that from happening again.

After reviewing a lot of fitness trackers, I chose this one because it is small and is descrete under clothes. I liked the sleep tracking feature. It also has a suttle alarm that wakes you up gradually. I'm not a morning person and hate alarms so this is very nice.

My wife wanted one of these activity trackers for a while so I decided to get her one with my Best Buy Reward points. The clip on style allows her to clip it onto her shirt or bra strap or pants pocket depending on what she's doing. It helps motivate her physical activity if she doesn't get quite 10k steps in a day. Sleep wrist strap works well and is comfortable. I think this is the best option for this type of product. I hear too that there are new versions coming out soon, so check them out too.

Alright I admit it, I got a FitBit so that I could be compensated by my companies Wellness program for exercising. All I have to do is wear the device, and it shows how many steps I took in a day, and how many minutes I was active (that gets me money). The disturbing part is that it also counts the number of stairs that I climbed in a day (too many). The device is great, it is easy to sync to their application, and if you have the inclination - you can share it with your Facebook and Twitter friends (woo hoo!!)
