A buddy of mine got the Fitbit and is really using it to its fullest potential. I purchased one and, while I'm using it daily, I need to get a bit more serious. I think the "Steps" seem accurate and the "Staircase" as well. I'm not sure on the "Calories".... One day I woke up and walk and it on after my shower, walked downstairs to make breakfast and it said I burned 700 calories!???? WHAT? If that's all I had to do to burn 700 calories I wouldn't run on a treadmill for 60 minutes! Also, DO NOT FORGOT TO TAKE IT OFF. I've "lost" in 2 times already because I forgot to take it off. Luckily I found it. I would hate to see it go through the washer. I'm sure it would be a total waste of money then. Last thing - I took it on a business trip last week and didn't have the charger. It died on me so I wan't able to use it. When I got home, I charged it and put it on the next day. For some reason, it took all my activity for that day and registered it as the day before (when it was dead). I can't figure out how to change it. Other than that, it's at least a good motivator!

This is an excellent product to make sure you stay active.

Love my Fitbit! So easy to use, I wear it everyday. I have it synch to my iPhone and it works really well. I have found that the step tracker is right on. It is also linked to MyFitnessPal. It makes tracking so much easier.

I had one of the original FitBit models for nearly 2 years. That one was always low on battery, it was tough to always get near a computer that had the receiver attached and it was flimsy (always breaking). After it broke yet again (this time it was the clip) I decided to upgrade to the new version. I love that I can leave it in my pocket instead of having to clip it on my belt/pants. I love that it hardly ever needs to be charged. And I LOVE that it will sync wirelessly through my smartphone. I no longer have to lug my receiver base back and forth between home and the office or wait until I get home to sync. The Fitbit service/app is great as it is with all Fitbit products. The social aspect is great to keep my wife and I in competition with each other. It's simply awesome!

The clip style is easy to attach and very secure. Nothing on your wrist. Keeps your steps accurate as not accounting for hand motion. Great motivator to keep moving!

We had the Flex for the past year and the One is awsome.

It is a great product that is as much a wellness aide as it is a fun toy! Not only is it interesting to track my steps and mileage each day, but I find myself going out of my way to add steps - like parking further away from a store's entrance. I bought one for my husband and son the same day I bought mine, and all three of us have it with us from morning 'till night! We heard about it through friends and have used it daily since we got them almost five weeks ago. The three of us are not counting calories, but if a person is, I would think that part would be interesting and useful, too. It is a great little gadget!

This was a christmas gift for my mother that she asked for because she has been watching her health and she thought this would be nice to have so she could keep track. She didn't want this specifically for working out mainly just to monitor her daily activity. She has told me that she has been getting good use out of it and enjoys it.

I am now walking two miles each day, I give the credit to this wonderful new gadget! I wear it on my waist band or place it in my pocket. At night I wear it on my wrist with the holder it comes with. It is a super motivator. It does everything I need including the sleep monitor. You need to buy one, it is worth every penny!!! I

I like the rechargable battery! My wife has a FitBit and frequently has to replace the battery. I really like how it downloads data to my tablet so I don't have to remember to record and reset on a daily basis. Pretty accurate and sensitive enough to record just steps.

Very easy to use! The night ban is comfortable. Great!

Thus has definitely help increase my activity. Love it.

I like that the Fitbit motivates me to get up and move.
