Great for anyone to use! I wore mine for 2 days, without looking at results, just to get a starting reference point to build upon. There are no annoying beeps or "you're not doing enough" type of things. For me this is perfect, if I check and I'm close to a goal, I feel, "Oh I can do that little bit more." The Fitbit site is super easy to use, the food log is fabulous, terrific the way the calories in vs calories burned are shown. Basically this comes down to... 1 put it on 2 do your thing 3 log your food = Super easy to see your results in easy to understand charts and numbers. I've had great results from mine, and will pick up some for friends as gifts.

My mother in law has been impressed with my Fitbit. She doesn't have a smartphone but does have a computer. We reviewed the info on my Fitbit to make sure she would still be able to track her info on her computer. She needed something that was easy to use, unlike the newer Fitbits and watches. She wanted something that could be clipped on a belt, pants or pocket. Likes the simplicity of the 1 button to start tracking exercise, sleep and activity. The display is large enough for her to read the numbers on the Fitbit. Likes the simplicity of charging the Fitbit on the computer cable.

I have used the fitbit every day for a month and have now lost 11 pounds. It motivates me to make and achieve healthy exercise goals which I never would have done on my own.

This is the 3rd fitbit one that I have bought; my wife and I both have one, and we bought this one for my mom. She loves it so far. We have always liked ours, and fitbit stands behind their product. If anything ever goes wrong with it, they generally just send you a new one.

Very accurate tracking of steps and stairs. Was amazed at how accurately it could track stairs. Sleep patterns (showing when asleep, awake, or restless) was also quite accurate.

It has made me walk more on my breaks and lunch hour and I keep finding ways to get my 10K daily steps in, especially on my non-running days. It's easy to setup and use. I was doing good logging my food daily until I just got tired of doing so. I wish there was a barcode scanner so I didn't have to type it in everytime. Sleep feature is okay and monitors movement but not actual sleep quality as most trackers do. I love the silent alarm feature and found myself using it more than I thought I would. My only complaint is there is no inactivity alarm. I wish it would vibrate if you didn't move in over an hour when not in sleep mode.

Fitbit did it right with this product. Easy to use, easy to carry.

The wrist band is a little snug but it does fit. It's nice that it has the option to clip it to your waist. I love the features it has. I mostly track my steps and sleep but I like connecting with other people to see how they're doing as well.

This shows your steps right on the Fitbit but also has a software program that syncs easily on your computer or smart phone. You can set your own goals. The software program also lets your track meals so you can be very detailed or laid back, which ever works best for you.

Love having a tracker on at all times. Got this instead of wristband so it's still possible to dress professionally at work and track. Clip is very hidden and is very accurate.

Had the previous tracker and this one is so much nicer. The size is great! Doesn't need charging as often... It gives more updates during the day too....

Bought for my wife for Xmas. She loves it. It was easy to set up and it is easy to check her stats. She uses both the iPad app and the online version, which has more information. The battery life is good, she only charges it once a week, maybe every 5 days. She found the sleep tracking not as useful since it tracks restlessness, which isn't an issue :). But to be fair she has only tried this a couple nights. Her only minor comment was that the button is small and not very raised. Its location right next to the rubber protective clip holder and therefore it can be hard to press, especially when wearing. But this is a minor issue.

The reasons I love my FITBIT. 1) it's rechargeable 2) Once on I can wear it all day and not worry about it. It tracks all my movements or lack of 3) You sign up on line and connect it to other health worthy applications 4) You get pats on the back from the fitbit ppl as well as rewards if you connect with other health worthy applications. 5) this now allows me to earn points to convert to gift cards. And all of this makes it so much easier to adapt to using it. I feel nekkid with out my fitbit.

Only had it a short time, and didn't open the box. I picked up the wrong color and exchanged it for the black model when I discovered my mistake. The tracker I now have works great, long battery life between charges and easily connects to my smartphone for data upload.

This is extremely accurate and is a great motivator to get you moving and in shape. My wife and I both have one along with the fit bit scale. Definitely a great investment!

I love my fitbit, easy to use and I love how it sync's to other devices. The sleep tracker is great to review everyday and monitor your sleep habits. All around great device. =)

Long battery life and easy to use. I am anxiously awaiting the new wrist band to come out in the spring. It keeps me moving and motivated to get my steps and stairs done every day.

I loved my fitbit so much that when I lost it I had to replace it immediately with another. The only thing I don't like about it is that it occasionally freezes, but I've learned how to fix that so it's not much of a problem. It also tends to count steps if you are in a bumpy vehicle.

I bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday and have heard nothing but praise from her since. She loves her new FitBit One! She tells me every day about her various stats and she's starting to reach her goals. I'm impressed enough that I may even buy one for myself.
