Great as a motivator to get you moving, track food and water intake, and to estimate calorie burn.

I was looking for a reliable pedometer and I got so much more. Since I have trouble sleeping I thought I would spend the extra to get the fitbit that also tracked your sleep. Best move ever! I have learned exactly how much I actually wake up during the night and finally feel like I should probably see my physician about it.

The Fitbit One was the first product I owned from Fitbit. There are now many different types of fitness trackers on the market, but none quite as community driven as Fitbit is. The application is very well designed, and allows for communication interface with friends, family, and other Fitbit users. I do not feel that I need to cover the functions as the product description accurately reflects the uses of the device. As a professional, I did not want a plastic/rubber looking device on my wrist. The Fitbit One allows me to wear my device, discretely. I have never had problems with the device, and Fitbit's customer service is always top notch. At the $99 MSRP price point, the Fitbit One is pricey. However, I would make this purchase again, and I would recommend it to a friend and buy it as a gift.

I love my FitBit. The FitBit monitors steps, calories, flights of stairs, and sleep cycle. It is user friendly, and I like how I am able to track my food and water intake on the app. It gives you a weekly summary of your activities to monitor progress. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to live a healthy lifestyle.

This product was bought after great consideration. I wanted something simple that did not need to be worn on my wrist. This fits my needs. I am not wanting to lose or gain waight, just be toned and improve my core strength. Keeps up with my steps, my diet, my water, and my active times. I have learned much about my sleep habits from wearing the Fitbit at night. Thanks for a good product!

I am so addicted to my Fitbit. I would be heartbroken if I lost it. It makes me want to keep moving and get more steps than the previous day. I love picking it up and getting the inspiring personal messages. I love that the battery stays charged for a week.

I purchased this for my daughter to help get her motivated. The belt or bra clip is nice, but she likes to wear it on her wrist. I wish they had more options for holders.

Bought the product for health and insurance benefits. I like it but it is so small that it's very easy to misplace or lose. The counting of your steps whether you are walking or running are not very accurate. Even going up and down stairs are not accurate. You could get on an elevator and it will count it as how many floors you have stepped up and down. However, the battery life is longer than advertised and it is very easy to use.

Great to put in your pocket and go. Harder to use for those clothes that don't have pockets. The "wrist" band could be bigger for arm wear vs wrist (for weight lifting).

I had a fitbit zip and decided to upgrade to the fitbit one. I love the fact i can recharge it unlike the zip.

I love this style Fitbit that can be worn on my belt. For sleep tracking it comes with a comfortable wristband.

I have had two Fitbits prior to this latest model and they have all been easy to set up and work with. I wear mine on a chain under my shirt all day and outside in the heat. It's not supposed to be affected by sweat and rain and so far it's been great!

Very easy to set up; easy to use; battery life is good. The food tracking is not easy to use.

My company's health benefit program ties discounts in with a point system. With the Fitbit all I have to do is wear it during my normal daily activities and link it to my health account. It's that simple to make sure I get my discount each month. The device is straight forward and not complicated to use. I like that it counts flights of stairs and it seems pretty accurate with the step count.

This is small enough to not get in the way. Does a great job of tracking activity and is a good motivator.
