Replaced Sense with this Sense 2 for a family member. I’ve had the Sense 2 when it was introduced because of the excellent interactive features with health, sleep, breathing, relaxation, oxygen levels, so many understated features, as well as the usual steps counter etc. Excellent battery life is about 7 days before absolutely needing to be charged.

Purchased for my husband after he saw that I liked mine so much. Both of us are still learning how to use all of the features. We did subscribe to the premium membership, and so far we feel that it has been worth the extra expense. The quality of the smartwatch is very good, the features cover all that we need, and we have both been very pleased with our purchase.

I'm brand loyal to a fault and have had multiple Fitbits. Even knowing that the latest and greatest Fitbit smartwatches were scaled back, I still went ahead and got this one. I loved and really didn't notice the lack of third party apps or no Google Assistant. The screen is bright and sharp. Fit great and didn't notice at night when I kept it on for sleep monitoring. Unfortunately, less than two weeks after buying it, I took it off when washing my car, went to take it out of my pocket and dropped it from less than 3 feet (or however high my waist is). It hit the blacktop pretty softly it seemed, but when I picked it up, there was a chip on the edge of the screen and a crack across it. I was beyond disappointed. I'd never had a Fitbit break on me before so guessing it hit exactly where it would break. I didn't buy any protection, so shame on me. The two takeaways are Fitbits are still good watches and I may consider buying the protection in the future (but probably not). Experience buying at Best Buy was outstanding. Not their fault that it broke.

Great watch for your health and keeping track for you

Bought this to replace the previous one that the screen went blank after many years and lots of use. I like the fitbit for its simplicity, ease of use and long battery life.

My sense 2 fitbit really does a nice job. I typically use almost all the functions and I am very happy with the accuracy of sense 2. It does require a little playing with the icons but there is a help function. The only thing I have trouble with sometimes is the waking it up with a tap on the faceplate. I would highly recommend sense 2 for the active person.

Ended up returning this because it was not accurate and kept freezing on me. Also i felt like fhe HR monitor was not accurate as it ready i had a resting HR of 70-80... the concept is great but i feel like fitbit has really gone downhill. Also may just be me but the band irritated my skin.

Very well made watch with all the health tracking features anyone can ask for. Build quality is superb and looks phenomenal as well.

It has a very clear display with many features. Smooth lines; not obtrusive. It's easy to care for and easy to use. it's comfortable.

I am very pleased with the performance of the Fitbit watch. To be able to monitor things like heart rate during exercise is very important.

I love this Fitbit! It shows me my texts, who’s calling me, checks my heart rate, tracks my sleep and so much more! Oh, and it also keeps track of my steps and I love that it reminds me to move. I work a desk job and can easily get into my work and not get up and walk, but my Fitbit comes to my rescue and reminds me to move. The battery lasts for nearly a week! And, it’s so much less expensive than an Apple Watch and I think it’s better.

She loved it except for the plastic band. Got some band options from Amazon that was an improvement.

Bought because i was diagnosed with health issues and sleep apnea. It allows me to see my issues in a different light, to work on bettering myself. Its much lighter and more comfortable than my galaxy watch. Much more accurate with steps too. I love being able to program my meals to keep track of my macros and calorie intake on the app provided.

I absolutely love my Fitbit. I wear it everyday, and it allows me to monitor my steps, oxygen level, and sleep. These are the features I enjoy the most - down seven pounds!

My original Sense died so I upgraded to Sense 2. So far it's very similar. Functions well. Does all the things I want it to do. Battery is even better than expected. Loving it so far.

Love this Fitbit. You can choose what’s on the face and is larger to see more easily. Has all the features I need. Great product at a good price.

Great product good quality great battery life and really comfortable

This is the second that I've owned. Works very well with my android phone. Light to wear.

My wife likes it more than her old Fitbit versa. Was going to go with an Apple Watch but these don’t require a data plan and they’re more health oriented. And they’re half the price but definitely not a huge difference in quality.
