Very nice quality and functionality my father in law love it ! nice Gift

I got this to replace my original Fitbit sense. The build quality is very good; the build fuel solid and it has a decent button instead of the previous haptic system. The microphone and speaker system feel stronger and the screen seems to more reacted and snappy in my personal opinion. Though with that said, the sense 2 feels like Fitbit took two steps back and one step forward with it; they got rid of external third party apps while focusing more on the internal apps divided by either Fitbit or Google along with better health monitoring gear. Though I am a little confused about one thing, even though it's supposed to be more Google forward centric, why do they use Alexa for the digital assistant? Besides that would recommend for those looking smartwatch fitness tracker without all the smartwatch bulk

This fitness tracker watch does what I need. I do miss what my Samsung Classic Watch 4 did when it came to tracking my exercise outdoor. The best thing about the watch is the battery life where I get about six days.

Pretty nice, Simple to operate, a lot of basic features and premium subscription offered. and pictured as shown.

The watch has been functioning well. I like the heart monitor feature which shows me the variability in my heart rate, including the range over the past 2 hours. I haven't gone swimming with it yet. The charge on the battery lasts longer than that of my previous Fitbit, which was a Versa 3.

Decent battery life with more features than my defunct Versa 2.

I upgraded from the Versa 2. They are basically the same size and I like the additional features to better monitor my heart. It’s easy to use and the band is very comfortable.

I wasn't sure about this smartwatch. I had returned a Samsung Galaxy 6 Watch. It was too big for my wrists (I have small wrists) so I returned it and got the Sense 2. The screen is still a little too big, but it fits much better. It has an ECG monitor, which is why I bought the watch. I had a heart attack in August, and wanted a watch that would monitor my heart rate and have the ECG monitor just in case. So far, it's been great for exercising, walking, swimming and tracking my sleep. I do like this smartwatch. I wish there were more options for the watch face without having to pay for a monthly subscription.

I purchased the Fitbit Sense to replace my Versa, which I had for seven years and absolutely loved. Unfortunately, my experience with the Sense has been nothing but frustrating. When it arrived, the box was already open, which should have been my first red flag. I can’t help but feel like I may have received a refurbished or previously returned device. Updating the firmware was a nightmare. The update kept crashing, and it took me several days of researching and troubleshooting just to get it to complete. Even after that, the issues continued. Whenever I set an alarm and press the side button, the screen turns completely white, and I have to restart the entire watch. This makes me worry about how long this device will last, especially compared to my Versa, which was reliable for so many years. I truly wanted to love the Sense, but the ongoing problems have been disappointing. Looking back, I wish I had returned it the moment I saw the box was already opened.

I received the Fitbit as a gift. Received it on Christmas. So far so good

This is my second Fitbit I’ve purchased. I lost the first one. It is easy to set up and to wear. It has all the things I was looking for and needed to help manage a few health issues.If you need help monitoring your heart rate, sleep rate and count your steps, then this is the watch for you.

I got this as gift for my girlfriend. She says she loves it especially the heart rate feature. My girlfriend has anxiety and it has really gave her a piece of mind. So many nice new features and the battery lasts longer.

I bought it for my husband who was experiencing AFib. It works well….would give a report every day about his heart rate and rhythms. Now that he has been treated and is in normal sinus rhythm, the watch can alert him if that changes.
