Purchased this as an introductory smart watch for my mom to follow the basics, steps, sleep, etc. She loves it.

No complaints so far-like the longer battery life. I bought the watch day before it was reduced to $199.99--would have appreciated being informed about the reduction.

Watch works great. Still learning everything that it can do. Got this watch more for the health benefits than anything else. So far do good.

As a satisfied Fitbit customer for three years, I purchased this one for my mother. The excellent battery life and user-friendly design make it perfect for her needs.

Love how it makes me move around more. Tells me “need to make 2xx more steps”, etc.

I knew what I was getting, but to be fair I was hoping for improvements at least from the sense 1. It's basically the exact watch, but with less functionality. No wifi, no apps ( I can not even put the Starbucks or Spotify app on on it.) It's pretty clear Google is trying to split FITBIT this to be purely for health and sports tracking. (then again, why they would take away the music functions, etc?) Who knows. Either way this is NOT a $300.00 watch. But the Sense one, you'll be just as happy.

Light-weight and very comfortable on the wrist. Still trying to figure out how to use all the features.

Product works great! Love the fit, the design and the tracking. It’s been very helpful. Set up was easy. Holds a charge for several days.

I wear my sense 2 everyday working my 16 hour shifts. Its the best i can look at my watch to see my messages, emails and missed calls. When i get my break i can get back to my missed calls and answer my messages.

Easy to set up and use. I did buy a new band since the band that came with it was giving me a rash. Other than that I am happy with it
