It's been a year since purchase. Happy with it but it's not very accurate with the heart rate.

I love this Fitbit more than my Apple watch! It does everything that Apple's watch does, but lasts for DAYS!!!

Great device for the money. Cheaper than an Apple Watch with the same features, including ECG, except for calling and texting (which is great because we don’t want to pay for cell service) for another device anyway).

Love it, more for health than for exercise. On that heart rate and sleep game.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a tech purchase. Fitbit Sense 2 is unreliable and unpredictable. Almost never lights up whan I raise my arm to check the time. Sleep stats rarely match up with when I actually go to bed. Weather app hardly ever shows updated, accurate info. The ECG app - the main reason I purchased - is very finicky and I usually have to turn the device off to get it to read pulse. Also, regarding heart monitor functions, the app inexplicably says people with AFib are not supposed to use the AFib notification feature. I use it anyway, but the data provided when AFib is detected is basically useless - no chart and the data can't be exported into any format that I could share with my cardiologist. I just have an expensive, bad watch.

Easy to use works well. Wanted to have versatility and Unable to find replacement bands in the store. Otherwise nice

Well the store got it shipped out the same day and I received it on 12/23/23, before Christmas. Thank you! Than you! The watch wasn’t for Christmas, but it was nice for my wife to have the new watch for our Christmas Eve party.

I needed a device that I wouldnt have to charge every day, and provide feedback on sleep and temp variations. This device has been wonderful. Just needing to charge it once a week has been fantastic and lets me keep it on when I need it. It definitely gives me more insight and will be a great tool on the road to healthy. Highly recommend this and other fitbits.

Excellent battery life, does everything you could want it to. Plays well with iOS, better than the Charge 5. Love it.

First time taking it out of the box, unable to complete setup on 2 different Android devices. As soon as we enter the code it says “Something went wrong”. Google that. Tons of people having this issue over the years and getting anything from “wait for a new Fitbit app update” to warranty replacements. Unfortunately my girlfriend waited too long to set it up so it’s 2 weeks outside of the return window. Don’t usually expect this kind of issue out of the box. Really didn’t expect it to be this common. We’ll see how the replacement does.

Love my fitbit and the new features this model offers. I like the different screen icons as well. Only issue is with all the features running, the battery life isn't as long.
