Terrible product … defect in design

Battery drainer

The app does not work with any 3rd party service already, and it still drains a lot of battery. Many detailed datas are only available with monthly subscription.

To cover all the bases, try force quit the app, restart your phone, force quit all other apps running on the backgroud, relaunch the Fitbit app, then monitor. Malfunctioning watch

This was the 2nd fitbit I purchased ( other watch was purchased elsewhere but had same malfuntions ) I will say, the customer service experience was superior.

Doesnt work with spotify

Not too happy

I bought this for my mom deaf mom, in hopes to communicate with her via text; however, the I am constantly having to disconnect the watch and reconnect because she does not receive the notifications. I thought I was upgraded her from a the fitbit. Not a great "upgrade".

No real warranty

After a few months the battery only last one day. I don’t use any features like messages or anything related to the phone. Only thing I use is the time, my sleep, heart rate and oxygen. I contacted Fitbit support and they said that features drain the battery so denied the help. If the manual said that feature could drain the battery you are not covered. It has no sense because it’s been months using the same features and the battery was ok. I didn’t even use anything of the regular features. The call center it’s been a nightmare they only read the manual to you and said good luck. My heart rate sensor is not working and they told me is normal and I need to reset the watch which I already did but they keep saying this! After having garming omg I missed them. The support was amazing compared to this. Of course I will never buy Fitbit again it feels like a real scam to me

Difficult to program

My mother is 70 but still works and uses technology daily. I even struggled just programming the thing. You cannot change the font size like on an Apple Watch. Getting the ecg function to work is difficult because it asks you to put 2 fingers on the screen in a specific way but the sensors don’t always recognize it. We took it back. Would not recommend. Apple Watch is way more user friendly.

All the great things about the Sense are now gone. You cannot do anything without google. No music. period. I am kicking myself for not returning this when I could. Trouble With Wrist Calls

I've been in communication with Fitbit Support and they too haven't been able to help me!! I'm super frustrated since this was suppose to be an upgrade from my Versa 2. I was excited about this specific feature and can't even use it!! I'm headed back to Best Buy today for a full refund!

Three Strikes, You're Out!

It would not hold a charge and did not tell me my steps. I reached out to Fitbit, but all they did was send me two more that did the exact same thing. You would think a company like them would make it right but since COVID company's only care about the bottom line. I'm out of $219 and just bought a different one so I can record my workouts.

Easy to use

I purchase this watch because it don’t need a data plan, but then again you are still purchasing something to use it. Otherwise the watch is nice and simple to use. If you don’t need the premium package for Fitbit, then this is the watch for you. It is easy to use and navigate. Battery life is not 6 days as described.

Actually, when you see the word open box, at least i assume it was an display piece but it was not. Most importantly, the watch does not even switch on.
