Nice watch, espically with all the features. Monitoring calls while cooking and cleaning, see texts and send them as well....its a nice watch to have

It functions as advertised, but I do not find the ‘premium’ does not really add that much. Details are a bit more in depth. For me, It does not offer much, but I am not a gym rat or need the details to be in a graph form. Nice bit not really necessary. I liked the Ionic except for it flaws were hard to resolve. .

Coming from an apple watch, I was skeptical. However, this is the perfect FITNESS TRACKER first smart watch. It's light, comfortable and the display is crisp. Not worrying about charging everyday is a huge plus. If you need a lot of smart watch features, this isn't for you.

I love everything about this watch . The battery stay long. Once you charge you good for 5 to 6 days. The only thing is that I couldn’t add in to find my . It means that if I lose the watch, there is no way I can track it.

I like everything about this watch but the fact I can't get the ECG to work! I have done everything I could but for some reason it just won't work! Weird that everything else works!

This is my third fibit watch i love them and will only use fibit watch.

We got this as an upgrade to our Fitbit Sense 1 model and it is mostly the same thing. But it does what it is supposed to do and does it well.

An iwatch would be more integrated with my iPhone but this battery life is much better

I purchased the Fitbit Sense to replace my Versa, which I had for seven years and absolutely loved. Unfortunately, my experience with the Sense has been nothing but frustrating. When it arrived, the box was already open, which should have been my first red flag. I can’t help but feel like I may have received a refurbished or previously returned device. Updating the firmware was a nightmare. The update kept crashing, and it took me several days of researching and troubleshooting just to get it to complete. Even after that, the issues continued. Whenever I set an alarm and press the side button, the screen turns completely white, and I have to restart the entire watch. This makes me worry about how long this device will last, especially compared to my Versa, which was reliable for so many years. I truly wanted to love the Sense, but the ongoing problems have been disappointing. Looking back, I wish I had returned it the moment I saw the box was already opened.

My husband’s Fitbit literally fell apart. (It was several years old). I replaced it with this one. First of the battery lasts forever. He usually doesn’t like all the extras, but, he really enjoys this one.

I had a Versa prior to this. I prefer the Versa band to the Sense 2 band. Otherwise, it is a better tracker than the Versa. I am disappointed because the EKG will not work for me. I have an average pulse rate less than 50 so it does not give me a reading after collecting data.

It works well and it is having good battery life. Easy to setup.
