Got it for an elder person. Very dependent on fitbit app. Some of the things were not intuitive for them. Would have given this a 5 stars otherwise. I had to help them at every step

I enjoy the health and fitness tracking capabilities

I cared for my Fitbit Sense 2 very well, yet after just two years, the battery is completely dead and the device is now a useless trash. For such a high priced product, this kind of failure is unacceptable. Google’s customer service was useles offering only generic troubleshooting and zero accountability. No repair, no replacement. I feel ripped off. This was a costly mistake I won’t make again.

I've had this watch for over a month now and am very impressed. The interface is very fast and simple. The battery life is almost a week, so I feel like I rarely charge it. Setup was quick, and the extra health features are cool.

One of the best purchases ive made for my health. Between the watch and the app, it keeps you accountable. It helps track your intake and output in a very user-friendly way!

The fitbit series 2 watch is a nice one, light weight and gives me everything i needed in health, training and sleep data. I like it so far.

Took a little bit to set uo, but now that it is, It is great!!! I love it!!! A lot of useful tools. And truthfully speaking, set up was mostly me!

Have been looking for a smart/tracking watch for awhile. This one is easy to setup, worth buying when on sale ($199) and has been working great. I had the Google Pixel watch and exchanged it for the Fitbit Sense 2.

Love this new Fitbit Sense 2. I like the look and the face of the Fitbit. The band is comfortable. Easy to read and access additional information.

Sense 2 keeps track of all my stats better than my last Fitbit. I was forever having to delete and reset to sync my Fitbit. The Sense 2 has not had a problem syncing and also tracking my location as I have been traveling and the weather is always spot on my location!

I got this fitbit when my last one stopped working. Connecting this to the app was seemless and for the price was a no brainer (I got it during primeday/christmas in July). It has no problem using the google wallet, cell phone GPS, even the waterproofing seems to be holding well. The bands are easy to remove/replace so you can change up the style easily. I wish you were able to find more watch faces/etc. that were not paid to use. Also, the interface is not always the most intuitive (how do you start a run/get to wallet/etc.). I am finding I like some of the mood detection/sleep monitoring/inputs that the versa didn't have.

Very happy with this watch. The ecg is very clear according to my cardiologist. It does what I bought it for. And it has helped me become more fit and health conscious.

Beautiful and works good. wish I could have vibration on my watch without my phone being on vibrate.. also wish there was a find my phone option. Band is a little uncomfortable

Lots of features that don’t always work due to syncing issues. I have to manually sync this devise far too often.
