I was hoping, but nope it's less than I thought.

It's basically the exact watch, but with less functionality. No wifi, no apps ( I can not even put the Starbucks or Spotify app on on it.) It's pretty clear Google is trying to split FITBIT this to be purely for health and sports tracking. (then again, why they would take away the music functions, etc?) Who knows. Either way this is NOT a $300.00 watch. But the Sense one, you'll be just as happy.
