if your a FItbit fan because of the app. and don’t want to lose your data that you have f had for years. Ten buy this product. I like my sense better that my apple watch. All i want is Fitness, Heart Rate, Sleep stats and EKG

So far so good. I like all the new features in this version. I feel that this is more accurate than before.

I’m lost when I forget to put it on. User friendly

I purchased this specifically for the Heart monitor. I realize it is not the same as going to the doctor but I thought it would at least register changes in my heart rate. I had a smaller less sophisticated fitbit and so I was used to it. My husband had purchased a Sense 2 but gave up trying to set it up. Nevertheless, I purchased one for me. Overall, it tells me the time and my heart rate but even checking my steps is a little more complicated than I was used to with my other fitbit. I thought I had it set up but apparently have more to do with it before I can use all the features. I suspect it will be fine once everything is set up but I have been busy with work and it is a little more 'techy' and may not be for anyone who is older unless someone can set it up for them.I don't think the set up is very intuitive:)

Great watch with best battery life in comparison to Apple and Samsung.

Love my new Fitbit watch. And I love shopping at best buy. Devin was a great help in choosing my new Fitbit watch.we have shopped at the Alpine Ave Grand rapids Michigan store all the time and when we walk in the store we are greeted by friendly service people. And usually Devin comes right up to us and asks us if we need any help. He is an asset to this store. He is always helpful and friendly.
