Posted .Hi there, RosalindaF. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting Bluetooth on the Sense 2 — we get this can be frustrating. Here’s a few steps to resolve this:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
2. Try to manually sync your Fitbit device with your phone.
3. Check your phone permissions.

High Quality Display, Great Battery Life
