Doesn’t hold a charge

Posted .Hey there, EdisonE. We’re sorry to hear you’re running into issues with battery life on your Sense 2. The watch should have up to 6 days of usage on a single charge. Here’s some tips to extend the life of your device:
1. Turn off the always-on display setting.
2. Avoid using the GPS continuously.
3. Dim the screen or turn on auto brightness

Unfortunately I didn't discover it until the Best Buy two week return period was over. Fitbit replaced it with a refurbished one that didn't work either. They send a third refurbished one that worked better. I liked my Versa Lite much better than the Sense. The Sense 2 doesn't vibrate enough for me to feel the notifications. The menus are more difficult to navigate. Even though I've used their products for 10 years, I would suggest getting a different brand than Fitbit.

This is the 3rd for it that breaks down for whatever reason literally right when warranty ends. Thank god for credit card extended warranty.
