Won’t connect to any devices out of the box.

As soon as we enter the code it says “Something went wrong”. Google that. Tons of people having this issue over the years and getting anything from “wait for a new Fitbit app update” to warranty replacements. Unfortunately my girlfriend waited too long to set it up so it’s 2 weeks outside of the return window. Don’t usually expect this kind of issue out of the box. Really didn’t expect it to be this common. We’ll see how the replacement does.

Not user friendly

I could not figure out how to get texts or calls set up. I would recommend it if you could figure out how to set everything up.

The only problem was that the watch was in Spanish, they did not factory reset the watch and I do not speak Spanish. I had to factory reset the watch using Gemini to translate it.

I like the fact that I get a reporting on my activity progress and I am therefore able to get motivated towards doing more. I also like the new style durable band.
