Returned it and ordered a new one. The smart watch is great. Love the body readiness, body/stress response and sleep score features.

I had a charge 5 and was considering this or the Apple watch. I opted for this because the Apple watch has to charge every day. this one goes about 3-4 days for me and I can charge it while i'm in the shower and, occassionally at the end of the day, after dinner before I go to bed. I use the alarm on this instead of my alarm clock so it doesn't wake my wife. It has more feattures than the Charge 5 too.

It has the functions I was looking for plus additional ones. It is very easy to set up and use. I really like the dkg function since I do have a history of afib. It was easy to purchase on line and Best Buy delivered it the next day.

I mainly use it for heartrate tracking so I cant speak for any of the added features many people buy smartwatches for. Battery life is way better as I have not even had to charge it yet.

I wear it everyday, and it allows me to monitor my steps, oxygen level, and sleep. These are the features I enjoy the most - down seven pounds!
