Posted .Hi there, ThomasO. We hear your concerns regarding you not getting the most accurate readings from the Sense 2. Here are a few things to confirm to get the best results:
For step tracking:
Confirm your height and wrist settings are correct in the Fitbit app to get the best results. Since it uses height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average.
For sleep tracking:
1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

Great upgrade

I workout quite a bit and work in construction area and this one has been able to keep up with my busy life. I’ve had it for a little over 2 months and have 0 complaints.

Fitbit v Pixel

I have the Pixel phone and assumed it would be the better option to get the same brand. I decided to try the Fitbit and I am glad I did. Not worth it! Battery failure
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I cared for my Fitbit Sense 2 very well, yet after just two years, the battery is completely dead and the device is now a useless trash. For such a high priced product, this kind of failure is unacceptable. Google’s customer service was useles offering only generic troubleshooting and zero accountability. No repair, no replacement. I feel ripped off. This was a costly mistake I won’t make again.

Ionic vs Sense 2

The Sense 2 is a little small, but not bad. The screen is smaller than my old Fitbit. The battery life is shorter than the Ionic

Small wave it fell off wrist. First time I purchased a Sense 2 seems to be a good choice. I have stuck with Fitbit for all my fitness watches.
